Irregular hours may be required occasionally. * Data entry of agency orders including, posting payments to agency accounts. * Respond in a timely manner to all pick-up agencies upon their arrival for order pick up. * Receive agency checks and deliver to finance for posting and deposit. * File agency order documentation and purge data quarterly. * Order validation throughout the day on agency orders. * Invoice agency orders once the orders have been posted. * Manage the incoming delivery schedule. * Track credit and grant usage on agency accounts. * Provide accurate and timely written and/or verbal reports of calls, meetings, results, and follow up to Supervisor. * Serve as backup to the Warehouse Specialist 2 position to support warehouse functions. * Serve as back up to Initiate and process pick ticket creation, jet reporting, inventory movement reports, etc. * Keep up-to-date and knowledgeable about the Arkansas Foodbank and related issues. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft programs, including Word and Excel. * Ability to lift/move approximately 20 pounds. * Excellent attention to detail * Other duties as assigned Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; stand walk; use hands to finger, hand controls; and talk or hear. The Warehouse Attendant is responsible for the quantity and quality of all product, both food and non-food items that come to the receiving dock and is responsible for placing all product designated as “inventory” in that assigned warehouse location(s). The Warehouse Attendant will ensure that every item that hits the dock has proper documentation for the vendor as prescribed by the purchasing department. The Warehouse Attendant is responsible for the rotation of product, pulling of product, requesting restock, as well as maintaining proper par levels. The Warehouse Attendant will maintain professional latitude when dealing with vendors, drivers, and team members at all times without exception. The Warehouse Attendant will accurately document and sign all associated paperwork for system input. Any other duty as assigned/ deem necessary by management. Essential Functions and Responsibilities Responsible for the receipt, storage, delivery and inspection of all items received at the receiving dock and stored in the warehouse. Follow established policies and procedures for the inspection of incoming materials against order and specification for correctness and defects and arrange for return of defective material. Follow established policies and procedures for coordinating the requisition of materials from the warehouse to user departments. Responsible for transferring and transporting all materials from Warehouse to user departments. Follow established policies and procedures to insure that the warehouse facilities are kept clean, safe and orderly at all times. Provides exceptional customer service to all patrons and communicates in a pleasant, friendly, and professional manner at all times. Maintains a professional work environment with supervisors and staff. Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental and company policies. Must be a minimum of 21 years of age or older upon employment. High school diploma or its equivalency preferred. Previous experience in warehousing, preferably in casino industry. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment. Demonstrate ability to work independently and be organized. Must have the ability to get along well with co-workers and be able to work as a team. Applicants must be able to maintain a safe driving record within the parameters acceptable to our liability insurance carrier. Must provide authorization to allow Saracen Casino Resort to run an MVR (motor vehicle record) check on an annual basis. Must have the ability to deal effectively and interact well with the customers and employees. Must present a well-groomed and professional appearance. Must have the ability to resolve problems/conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner. Must be able to be approved for and maintain a valid gaming License. Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English. Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues. Have a valid driver's license. Must be able to operate pallet jacks and various materials handling equipment. Work nights, weekends and holidays as required.
