Purpose of Role
Own the flow. Lead the stock room.
As a Stock Keyholder, you're the go-to for keeping product moving and shelves stocked. You'll lead the charge on shipments, pricing, and stockroom standards - making sure everything's in place so customers get what they need, when they need it. Step up, take the lead, and make it happen.
Your Impact
We count on our Stock Keyholders to:
Ensure store is fully stocked and easy to shop
Implement visual merchandising standards within the store
Oversee markdowns and re-ticketing, stock transfers and damaged goods
Coach, train and support teammates in merchandise handling

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must meet these minimum requirements:
At least 18 years old
High school degree or equivalent
1+ year of retail/stock or freight experience

Under general supervision of the Warehouse Supervisor, this part-time position is responsible for performing a variety of warehouse-related duties such as receiving and storage of goods and preparing orders for shipment. Pick items from shelves and placing them in totes, and ensuring that orders are filled accurately and efficiently, continually striving for improved customer satisfaction.
Essential Duties
• This position is a part-time position. Working hours are Monday - Friday, 25 hours per week.
• Pick, pack, wrap and load product for delivery to customers
• Insure accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments
• Safe operation of all material handling equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts, etc.
• Receive merchandise and stock shelves
• Assists with inventory procedures as requested
• Participates in physical inventory counts, as assigned, to verify the accuracy of parts on hand
• Complies with all appropriate policies, procedures, safety rules, and regulations
• Utilize computerized WMS (warehouse management system) and RF scanners
• Must be flexible to work overtime as needed
• Performs related duties as assigned
• Making of hydraulic hoses to include cutting, fitting, crimping, and operation of hose assembly tooling

SPECIFIC JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to perform tasks with a full range of motion from kneeling, crouched, stooped, bent at the waist, upright and arms fully extended overhead. Must be able to lift, push, pull, up to 75 pounds. Visual acuity and accommodation are required for reading orders, machine dial gauges and precision measuring instruments. Hearing ability to monitor machine sounds to identify and diagnose changes in order to take appropriate action.
Must demonstrate to management the willingness to perform. Which would include, but not be limited to a responsible attitude, a good attendance record, working in a safe manner as per BCAR employee safety policy, have a proactive attitude, be responsible to problems and supervisors/managers instructions and otherwise handling their assignments in an exemplary manner.
Basic data entry and computer experience.
Knowledge of basic fractions and decimal conversions.
Ability to measure length using carpenters' rule and other measuring devices.
Demonstrate initiative and independent judgement for managing work, assisting team members, addressing unforeseen problems, and improving departments performance.
Act with integrity.
