Employee is responsible for picking up of brush and bulky items from alleyways with the use of equipment such as skid steer, backhoe, utility tractors, and front loaders. Employee also performs other job duties such as tree trimming, mowing grass, and preventive maintenance of units and equipment. Essential Job Functions Maintain regular and prompt attendance; physically present to work.
