About the Role:
The Laborer position is essential for maintaining the efficiency and productivity of our operations in Houston, TX. This role involves performing a variety of physical tasks that support the overall workflow of the team, ensuring that projects are completed on time and to the highest standards. Laborers will handle materials, assist skilled tradespeople, and maintain a clean and safe work environment. The successful candidate will contribute to the successful execution of projects by being proactive and adaptable to changing demands. Job Summary:
Connects hoses to equipment and completes routine equipment maintenance.
Able to work safely, climb ladders, perform repetitive lifting, bending, and standing.
Cleans and maintains the operational grounds in a safe, efficient manner.
Basic tool knowledge and mechanical skills.
Performs general light maintenance and repair activities on dewatering equipment.
Moves equipment when needed.
Lubricates and checks machinery and equipment.
Performs routine plumbing and related activities.
Runs errands and picks up supplies and equipment.
Cleans and maintains the operation site, including sweeping, taking out trash, and keeping the operation in order.

- Conveys, materials to or from storage or work sites to designated area, using hand truck, electric dolly, wheelbarrow, forklift or other device.
- Secures lifting attachments to materials and conveys load to destination, using hand-operated crane or hoist, or signals crane or hoisting operators to move load to destination.
- Counts, weighs, and records numbers of units of materials moved or handled on daily production sheet.
- Attaches identifying tags or labels to materials or marks information on cases, bales, or other containers.
- Stacks or assembles materials into bundles and bands bundles together using banding machine and clincher.
- Clamps sections of portable conveyor together or places conveyor sections on blocks or boxes to facilitate movement of materials or products.
- Lifts heavy objects by hand or using power hoist, and cleans work area, machines, and equipment, using broom, rags, and cleaning compounds.
- Assembles crates to contain/ship products, such as machines or vehicles, using hand tools and pre-cut lumber.
- Shovels loose materials, such as gravel, metals, plastics, or chemicals, into things such as wheelbarrows, scrap trucks, or barrels.
- May occasionally operate fork lift, truck or electric hoist to assist in loading or moving materials and products.
- Responsible for observing and complying with all safety and project rules. Performs other duties as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma or equivalent, valid driver's license with driving record within company established parameters 18 years of age or older, ability to lift up to 60 pounds, ability to pass pre employment physical and drug screen, ability to work in an outdoor environment, 0-2 years of experience.

Warehouse Operations is responsible for performing/controlling a combination of manual or automated tasks necessary for the receipt, storage, and shipment of product. This may include functions of receiving, picking, packing, shipping, staging, transporting, storage, delivery, etc. Also responsible for the efficient flow of products from the point of product receipt from vendors to the shipment of products (via prescribed service parameters) to a variety of internal and external customers.
Job Summary
The primary purpose of the Lead Associate, Warehouse Operations is to support the Warehouse Supervisor through either inbound or outbound management of the warehouse floor and to facilitate effective warehouse operations through direction of warehouse staff, in accordance with operational priorities. In addition, this job assists in coordination of receipt of shipments and scheduling of incoming trucks, as well as making internal appointments. This job also delegates work among the warehouse staff and produces reports on workforce productivity and quality. The Lead Associate, Warehouse Operations also communicates with customers outside the warehouse to communicate disruptions, provide updates on delivery timeframes and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Follows standard operating procedures to assess inventory levels, submit orders, and audit warehouse operations to facilitate successful operational activities within the warehouse.
Directs workflows on the floor of the warehouse, including packing, unloading, shipping and managing of delivery schedule.
Analyzes internal data and reports on productivity and efficiency to help determine when and where the warehouse is performing better or worse than expected.
Coordinates with Warehouse Supervisors to align on warehouse and inventory priorities, in alignment with operational objectives.
Assists in inbound and outbound workload forecasting through historical and trend analysis to determine how labor should be utilized.
Assists in inventory management, and helps with stocking and shipping, as necessary.
Qualifications
4+ years of experience, preferred
High School diploma, GED or equivalent, or equivalent work experience, preferred
