Job Description:•Receiving the goods and checking the specification, making entry into the Track and trace or into the Inventory management software system. •Taking 6 sided pictures and putting it into the right storage racks as per the recommended temperature and specified location. •Responsible for making the outbound shipment, packaging materials, data loggers etc. In correct temperature boxes and ensuring goods fit properly. •Single handedly managing the operation activity of the shipments i.E., inbound and outbound and keep record. •Responsible to secure and put the goods in specific storage conditions i.E., fridge etc. •Expired goods, damaged goods, Returned Goods etc. Be put in Quarantine area within the facility. •Proper Quality control i.E., SOP needs to be adhered to. •Temperature monitoring and making notifications of that in a log book in case of deviations is necessary. •Support in Monthly physical check of the inventory and reconcile with stock in system
