Work Week: 2am to10am/5 days a week Summary: Responsible for supervising the packer warehouse staff and ensuring accurate warehouse records by performing the following duties. Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. 1. Oversees all daily break packing area warehouse operations. 2. Oversees the accuracy of inventory records related to break packing shipping, receiving and warehouse HACCP logs. 3. Performs, as well as supervises, the loading, unloading and organization of various break packing stock by lifting to and from shelves. 4. Oversees the break packing loading transition to load crew for company truck deliveries on a daily basis. 5. Assigns daily work assignments to the break packing warehouse staff. 6. Interfaces for warehouse operations as needed. 7. Coordinates inventory management with general management as needed. 8. Performs necessary duties to complete monthly close out procedures and inventory counts. 9. Reports and Records with company policies first injury reports with full details of occurrence and when or if medical treatment was needed, disciplinary follow up action reporting with detailed description of incident with employee signatures and witness accounts. Emails out notifications of extensive tardiness or when employees under current supervision call out or do not show up for scheduled shifts to be report on company calendar. Will oversee and approve schedule changes and time off request with necessary notifications. Completing all required paperwork in timely manner. 10. Performs other related duties as assigned.
