Primary Responsibilities and Duties:
Receives incoming product shipments from both external and internal suppliers.Performs count checks on received material quantities.Processes each item into inventory systems on SAP to maintain accurate logistics.

Completes washing procedure forincoming components to be utilized in cleanroom assembly.
Maintains a clean and safe work area. Performs duties in a safe manner and observes approved safety procedures. Communicates potential hazards immediately to supervisor.
Completes miscellaneoustasks asassigned in support of the larger organization and production goals.
Qualifications (Education, Training, Experience, Knowledge, Skills, etc.):
Must be 18 years or older and have the right to work in the US without sponsorship.
At least one (1) year of experience working in a warehouse setting(receiving, shipping, or kitting)is preferred.
Familiarity with SAP software and/or other Warehouse Management Systems (WMSs)to maintain records, input data, andgeneratereports is preferred.

The Role
Maintain warehouse, ensuring it remains cleaned and organized
Track and maintain inventory for all equipment & parts, keeping items locked and organized
Place orders and manage intake of deliveries, stocking shelves
Issue/return equipment to Technician's on a daily and weekly basis
Complete a daily reconciliation of technician equipment levels
Participate in company vehicle management: clean and detail vehicles, deliver vehicles requiring repair to the repair shop
Assign uniforms, tools, and safety gear to all technicians; ensuring invoices are signed

Requirements
1+ years of warehouse experience required
Experience working in telecommunications a plus
Ability to operate a pallet jack and certified forklift operator preferred
Experience working with Microsoft Office products, specifically Outlook and Excel a plus
Excellent customer service, time management, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers
Ability to work independently
Ability to complete work indoors, outdoors, in tight spaces and elevated by bending, reaching, twisting, climbing, and working while standing up to 70% of the time
Ability to safely navigate various terrains, managing equipment and tools
Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs on occasion
Must provide a valid government-issued photo ID for verification; a driver's license is required if the role involves driving

The Warehouse Assistant will be responsible for ensuring inventory is processed, organized, and stored. They should be easily adaptable and will perform site analysis duties, cost analysis, material billing management, and other remote data analysis tasks.
