Handle guest questions, concerns, and complaints with patience and professionalism. Monitor lift lines and loading/unloading areas for efficiency and guest safety. Conduct daily inspections of lifts, ramps, mazes, and signage, ensuring compliance with resort safety standards. Respond quickly to lift stoppages and assist in lift evacuations and 10-7s when needed. Diagnose basic malfunctions and provide relevant information to mechanics before/upon arrival. Maintain accurate records of operational logs, inspections, and incidents. Ensure operators properly maintain loading/unloading areas, including shoveling snow, raking ramps, and managing crowd control.
