Under general supervision, will provide general warehouse support including operating equipment within a warehouse environment, replenishing and distributing inventory, picking, packing and shipping of all inbound and outbound shipments, and handling material. Responsible for counting & recording material to ensure accuracy of shipment and receipt; performs related duties as required.

Allocates product to appropriate rack, shelf or bin location according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, brand or product code
Assists with execution of weekly cycle counts to ensure inventory integrity
Effectively maneuvers through computer system in order to perform specified duties
Record shipment data, including weight, charges, and space availability
Receive and unpack materials and supplies
Report damages and discrepancies to request reimbursement or re-shipment
Maintain logs of all shipments outgoing and incoming
Prepare monthly production and volume reports in order to measure productivity and prepare billing charges
Must successfully pass all CBPS Safety Training and equipment handling procedure
May possibly perform any of the following functions at the direction of management:
Handle hazardous materials
Unpacks and examines incoming shipments, rejects damaged items, records shortages and corresponds with shipper to rectify damages and shortages
Conveys materials and items from receiving or production areas to storage or to other designated areas
Fills requisitions, work orders or requests for materials, tools, or other stock items and distributes accordingly
Posts weights and shipping charges and affixes postage
Marks materials with identifying information
Maintain scanner quality (i.e. cleaning lens, reporting mechanical failures)
Maintain required levels of quality and rates of Log in/out boxes for scanning
Record objective and bibliographic information as appears on documents
Create bar codes for documents
Follow document preparation procedures
Qualifications
High school Diploma or equivalent
Minimum 1 year of forklift experience
Minimum 2 years professional experience combined in Inventory Management or Production related experience
ERP/WMS intermediate user-can be on the job but preferably hands on experience
A minimum of intermediate level skills in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
Knowledgeable of shipping/receiving and production operations/procedures
Experience operating power tool equipment including but not limited to cherry picker, reach truck, pallet jack, etc.
Previous experience with material handling is required
Must know how to properly operate a forklift
Working knowledge of scanning equipment, internal database tracking system, dollies and carts
Excellent customer service, professional attitude and appearance are a must
Ability to work overtime & meet deadlines
Physical Demands:
Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
Ascending or descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, poles and the like, using feet and legs and/or hands and arms. Body agility is emphasized.

About the Venue
Fifth Third Park will be one of the newest and most state-of-the-art minor league baseball and entertainment facilities in the country! The ballpark will be located in downtown Spartanburg, SC and will be the home to the Hub City Spartanburgers, an MiLB affiliate of the Texas Rangers. Fifth Third Park will play host to 66 professional baseball games per season, but it will operate well beyond baseball, and will also be utilized for other events including concerts, festivals, comedy shows, amateur sports, community gatherings and private functions. Responsibilities
* Responsible for assisting with product purchasing/ordering, receiving and distribution control for the venue.
* Maintain sanitation and organizational systems of all warehouse storage areas.

Film Warehouse Attendant
is responsible for stocking and monitoring all film carts and labels for all lines and cells by work order, scanning products to the work order, rewrapping film and materials upon return, stocking daily deliveries, and monitoring film warehouse inventories. Provide case labels and ingredient labels to each line, scan to the work order using the RF Scanner, and ensure the paperwork is completed correctly.
Provide film to each line, being certain to capture the lot code on the paperwork.
Print master case labels and verify correct information.
Perform metal detector checks as prompted by Redzone.

Oversee and ensure that appropriate stocking levels are met for each event; rotate and maintain integrity of product.
Ensure proper transfer process of product between locations, including follow-up documentation.
Assists in performing routine maintenance; responsible for concession and utility equipment cleaning and maintenance: portable equipment, burden carriers, carts, floors, refrigeration, and lighting. Ensure manifested equipment is in location.
Conduct walk through of the commissary, warehouse and storage areas after the completion of the day to ensure all areas are clean.

Possess a thorough working knowledge of all existing concessions locations: geographical location, equipment, evacuation procedures, adjacent employee and guest areas, and facility access.
Possess valid Food Handlers certificate and Alcohol Service Permit if required by Provincial or local government.
Possess thorough working knowledge of all applicable sanitation requirements, food preparation guidelines, alcohol service policies, safety standards, etc. pertaining to venue concession operations.
Ability to calculate basic math functions (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages) as they relate to POS cash/credit transactions, cash reconciliation and product inventory.
Ability to consistently adhere to the highest standards of integrity, professionalism, ethics and confidentiality
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years foodservice / hospitality experience; similar venue experience a plus.
Physical Dimensions:
Performing the duties of this position involves extensive and continuous standing and walking.
Routine activities require the employee to be able to reach with hands and arms, sit, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl.
The employee is frequently required to lift up to 50 pounds.
The vision requirements include the ability to adjust focus, peripheral vision and close vision.

Operations is responsible for materials handling and product distribution in a distribution environment. Includes warehousing and fulfillment of materials and products, transportation, inventory management as well as demand, and supply planning.
Responsibilities:
* Unloads trucks in the Inbound section by using a pallet jack or equivalent devices to put pallets out of the trucks.
* Uses Manhattan Warehouse Management System to check in products. If working with specialty products, must follow regulations to store refrigerated products.
* Stores products in warehouse locations using order picker or other devices.
* Picks products from warehouse locations and loads into outbound trucks.
Qualifications:
* Frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
* Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for entire shift.
* Comfort working with heights 20-30 feet regularly.
* High School diploma, GED or equivalent, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
* Previous material handling equipment experience (PIT) preferred.
* Radio frequency (RF) scanner and/or voice to pick experience highly preferred.
* Must be able to work overtime with little to no advance notice.
* Ability to follow direction and change priorities while working independently or as a member of a team.
* Aptitude to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment while meeting hourly established performance standards.
