Job Summary
Summary: Performs functions in warehouse involving receiving, picking, pulling and loading of materials in a safe manner. Drives company vehicle to transport products, supplies, mail and cash to and from specified destinations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Withdraws merchandise and supplies from the warehouse.
Verifies load against products ordered; prepares delivery tickets or shipping papers when applicable.
Loads products, supplies, mail and cash onto vehicle; drives to designated locations; unloads truck, and distributes delivered items as instructed; picks up product, supplies and cash funds to be returned to branch or designated location; obtains and approves receipts or delivery slips; returns to warehouse and unloads vehicle distributing items as directed.
Collects empty containers and unsold merchandise for return to warehouse and/or disposal.
Monitors product usage; makes adjustments to control inventory turns.
Ensures proper handling of perishable products; maintains refrigeration of food and beverages.
Maintains security of cash and property by locking unattended vehicle, securing funds in a locked safe, and securing keys and vehicle at end of shift.
Unloads and cleans trash from vehicle; performs daily vehicle operative checks; maintains truck log according to state and federal regulations; reports vehicle problems; secures keys and vehicle.
Performs the job safely while adhering to company safety standards.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Must have experience with forklift and power jacks. Valid driver's license required based on vehicle to be used according to state or federal requirements.

Processing of All Inventory
To Include:
• Checking in of merchandise (Receivers) from vendors, verifying stock levels to packing slips, and pulling needed merchandise from receivers for sales floor.
• Working inventory onto warehouse shelving by Sku # for easy pulling.
• Maintaining accurate Inventory stock levels as well as organization in warehouse.

Physically Receive Merchandise Shipments
• Upon receipt of product from vendors, compare quantities to packing list for accuracy. Any discrepancies will need a recount and second signature for verification purposes.
Shipments without packing slips in boxes will require a copy of the purchase order for receiving purposes. All shipments must have paperwork and be counted— no exceptions. All original receivers will be submitted to Operations Manager daily.
Maintenance of Merchandise Warehouse Inventory
• As merchandise arrives, timely & accurate placement, stocking and restocking of product on warehouse shelves. Overstock merchandise needs to be placed overhead in boxes that are manageable and not excessive in weight and size. Consistent organization as product arrives is paramount.

Restock raw materials once production is complete (ensure pallets are clean, organized, and that all ingredients are labeled properly)
Shrink wrap products to pallets prior to being placed into storage locations
Perform any other duties as required by Superivsor/Manager o
Requirements
Previous experience working in a warehouse preferred
Knowledge of RF Scanner
Forklift certification is required
Food Handler Certificate
Basic math and recording abilities
Data entry and computer skills
In depth knowledge of industry safety regulations
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work well on a Team but be self-motivated and Independent
Possesses physical strength necessary to unload and restock supplies
Occasional bending and lifting required (50-80 lbs.)
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Must be able to work in a fast pace environment
Able to work over-time, weekends and Holidays if needed
Must wear GMP-relevant/personal protective equipment such as hair/beard net, gloves, hearing protection
Ability to work in a potentially hot, cold, or humid environment
