Core Responsibilities
Logistics
Event Pull Precision: Execute high-accuracy pulls of inventory and equipment based on BEO specifications. You ensure that every event departs the warehouse with the exact tools, platters, and glasswork needed to meet DDC standards.
Field Support & Delivery: Manage the safe transport of equipment and food to and from event sites and vendors. You will serve as a key point of contact for on-site staff to ensure they have every resource necessary for flawless execution.
Rental Stewardship: Oversee the lifecycle of rental equipment, ensuring all orders are returned complete and properly documented with vendor confirmations.

Facility & Fleet Management
Fleet Operations: Maintain the DDC fleet of box trucks and vans, ensuring vehicles are clean, fueled, and staged for event departures.
Safe Environment: Uphold a rigorous standard of cleanliness and organization within the warehouse, adhering to all company safety regulations and local health standards.
Cross-Departmental Communication: Maintain proactive communication with the Logistics, Sales, and Culinary teams to coordinate logistical needs and resolve equipment requirements in real-time.
