The Production Lift Operator 2 role brings all required materials to the line and properly packages, labels, and stages all finished products so that it is ready for shipment. This position ensures internal quality standards are met for pallets before being shipped to the customer. Role also serves as a vital supply chain for our production staff by bringing all the raw materials to the production line to ensure the production staff can perform their roles. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: KNOWLEDGE/SKILL/ABILITY One and a half years relevant forklift experience with demonstrated proficiency and safety and passing Paragon Films internal certification process. Thoroughly trained and proficient at performing Line Operator duties within Paragon Films. Technical aptitude to understand machinery and systems within a production environment. Demonstrated ability to gain an understanding of software, scanning functions, data entry, and other basic computer tasks. Ability to demonstrate sound judgment while adapting to a fast-paced environment and rapid changes. Able to juggle multiple tasks and handle unexpected delays or events while maintaining constant attention to detail. Strong organizational skills combined with good problem-solving skills. Practice and promote teamwork within our organization. Internal customer service skills. High level of dependability regarding attendance and punctuality. Understanding and ability to communicate using the English language in both written and spoken form. Basic mathematic skills.
