For materials received, responsible for the accuracy, timely input, and maintenance of daily tank sheets. * Advise terminal supervisor(s) and/or maintenance supervisor of "dead", obsolete, or shortage of inventory and/or maintenance items to determine disposition. * Gain a base knowledge of all products handled within the operations department. Included within this is the storage and shipping temperature ranges of products, compatibility of products, and the safety and environmental considerations of every product. * Gain an understanding in the physical operation of the terminal. Including, but not limited to the location of all tanks, capacities of all tanks and pumps flows, operation of blending equipment, advanced maintenance and repair of pumps and valves, valve and material flow patterns from tank to tank and tanks to loading racks, valve and material flow patterns in both steam heating and hot oil heating system(s). * Ensure that equipment, machinery and furnishings in all terminals are maintained in an organized, safe, and operable condition. Work closely with operations personnel and department managers to ensure that all maintenance and repairs are performed in a manner that is consistent with federal, state, local, and company guidelines. * Conduct and/or delegate maintenance inspections. Provide a summary of maintenance recommendations to the appropriate departmental manager(s). * Accept an "on call" role regarding assistance with repairs and/or trouble-shooting techniques at all terminals. * Perform other duties as assigned. Stooping/Bending · Forward bending at the waist is necessary at the pizza assembly station. · Toe room is present, but workers are unable to flex their knees while standing at this station. · Duration of this position is approximately 30 - 45 seconds at one time, repeated continuously during the day. · Forward bending is also present at the front counter and when stocking ingredients. Crouching/Squatting Performed occasionally to stock shelves and to clean low areas. Reaching · Reaching is performed continuously; up, down and forward. · Workers reach above 72" occasionally to turn on/off oven controls, change prices on sign, and lift and lower objects to and from shelves. · Workers reaching down to perform such tasks as scooping cornmeal from a plastic barrel, or washing dishes. · Workers reach forward when obtaining topping ingredients, cleaning work surfaces, or answering phones. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Complete intakes, assessments, and individualized treatment plans as appropriate; Works closely with other staff as a member of a multi-disciplinary treatment team to achieve the best outcomes for the clients; Identifies precipitating events, gathers histories of mental, emotional and physical disabilities, alcohol and drug use and substance abuse disorders, past mental health services and criminal justice contacts; assesses family, social, and work relationships; conducts mental status assessments; documents a multiaxial DSM diagnosis; writes and implements or supervises implementation of a treatment plan; conduct and documents mental health assessments; and provide mental health treatment and rehabilitative services within the scope of his or her practice; Develops and maintains strong collaborative relationships with a wide range of community partners, including, but not limited to: County DHS and Health Departments, Adult Community Justice, Public Health, and other programs and departments; Provides individual, group, family counseling, and case management, working collaboratively with treatment team members and other agencies; Complete clinical chart reviews, as assigned; Maintains accurate documentation of all services in client files in EHR within agency stated timelines; Leads psycho-educational, skill development, process, gender-specific, and family groups as assigned; Works closely with referral sources, keeping them informed on the progress of the clients, as needed and appropriate to client confidentiality per HIPAA and 42 CFR and Oregon statutes; Models appropriate counselor behavior to other staff; helps train and orient new staff to the program as necessary; Completes training/certification required to perform mental health crisis work and possibly be part of the MH crisis rotation; Other related duties as assigned.
