Your Role Accountabilities…
Create graphics to support CNN Design network programming with a focus on animated content.
Accomplished motion designer with exceptional skills creating animated content for both program branding and explainer graphics.
Able to develop animations for branded programming that effectively support key Editorial content goals in a dynamic, visually compelling manner.
Able to take a verbal script and translate complex ideas into easily understandable visual presentations.
Must possess excellent audio skills working with music, sound design and voice track.
Exhibits exceptional branding skills. Is equally able to develop branding and work within defined style guides.
Thorough understanding of CNN Design standards and Style is appropriately applied and advocated on all projects. Sound editorial thinking applied when producing graphics in support of news content.
Successfully manages time and resources to create a diverse scope of graphics supporting daily news and other network programming. Balances time vs workload to consistently deliver effective results.
During breaking news, quickly determines graphic needs of both networks; promptly and accurately expedites all necessary elements. Follows through with the editorial staff of both networks to ensure all needs are met.
Qualifications & Experience…
Degree from accredited art school with emphasis in graphic design, motion design or related field (illustration, photography, industrial design, visual communications) or equivalent work experience.
Displays outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with other teams under pressure.
Embraces working in a diverse, collaborative environment and is willing to train and assist other designers on various levels. Actively contribute to overall positive and creative atmosphere of the department.
Excellent computer, organizational and interpersonal skills required.
Expert level at Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc).

Our Opportunity
GPJ is hiring a Graphic Production Artist to join our growing team.
This role is on-site, requiring you to report to our Nashville TN office location a minimum of 5 days per week.
Your Role
As a Production Artist, my main job is to create and prepare graphic files for printing or digital display. This involves using graphic design software to make sure the artwork looks good in both print and online formats. I take 2D designs and instructions from various sources and turn them into usable files. Sometimes, I have to tweak existing artwork to meet quality standards, like adjusting sizes or resolutions. I'm also responsible for making sure the files get to the right place for production or display. I help out with templates and guidelines for clients' design teams and review proofs to make sure everything looks good. If there are large format graphics involved, I use engineering drawings to figure out sizes and installation details. Communication is key in my role, so I stay in touch with everyone involved in the project to make sure we're all on the same page. I also keep track of project progress and handle administrative tasks like time tracking and training.
Your Skills
Use graphic design software to generate and output graphic art files to be utilized in print production or other mediums such as small format or online publication
Interpret, translate, and compose graphic intent from 2D design and other relevant shareholders into working files as required
Manipulate existing digital artwork to meet the minimum requirements or intended quality expectations. This may include size corrections, resolution fixes, bleed adjustments, making sure colors are consistent, etc
Assure file delivery to intended print production or display location/team
Assist with templates, guidelines or other relevant information that may be required by a client's internal design team or to assist 2D creative teams
Approve graphic proofs including those internal to GPJ or from outside stakeholders when necessary
Interpret engineered drawings/CAD to extrapolate sizing and installation intent for large format graphics
Communicate effectively and proactively with all relevant stakeholders to assure all information is communicated or acquired in a timely manner
Update all necessary tracking documentation to assure collaborators are informed and consistently up to date on a project's status
Other responsibilities will include job time tracking, training, continual learning/research for skill improvement, and additional tasks as directed.

As a member of the Art Team Task Force, the Frosting Artist is an integral member of and a creative collaborator in artistic productions. Frosting Artists are responsible for helping execute a creative vision during the Art Install and Frosting phase of the project. This job operates within a professional construction site and warehouse. This role also includes standard equipment use such as powered and non-powered tools and various art making materials. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Maintain, troubleshoot, and install flexible and non-flexible skins, coverings (including costumes, wigs, fur, and feathers), and support structures for animated figures. This includes planning/preparing for work, cleaning, repairing, painting of silicone and fiberglass skins and shells, cleaning of work area, and documenting work. Mends or replaces costumes and other figure coverings. Painting processes to include properly assessing, mixing, and applying airbrush and/or faux paint techniques, automotive paint applications, as well as wet/dry brush and sponge painting
+ Maintain sets within Rides and Shows to include planning/preparing for work, cleaning, sculpting, construction, painting, cleaning of work area, and documenting work. Maintenance of show sets to include mending or replacing backdrops, curtains, scrims, and other set related soft materials. Painting techniques to include brushing, rolling, blending, spraying, and faux finishing techniques of show sets.
+ Maintain, fabricate, and install show props to include planning/preparing for work, cleaning, molding, casting, construction, finishing/painting, cleaning of work area, and documenting work.
+ Assist Ride and Show Maintenance with access into figures, props, and sets for their inspections and repairs to include mechanical disassembly and assembly of parts related to animated figures.
+ Maintain, fabricate, and install/embed fasteners and attachments for animated figures, sets, and props. This can include buckles, straps, zippers, snaps, stand-offs, tabs, and various inserts.
+ Inspect figures, sets, props, shop facilities, equipment, and tools for any wear/damage and document findings. Assist in show quality walk-throughs, assessing animated figures, show sets and props for necessary repairs and improvements.
+ Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
+ Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION:
+ High school degree or GED is required
+ Associate's degree is preferred - Visual Arts, Scenery Production, Technical Theater, Costuming or equivalent
+ Bachelor's degree is preferred - Visual Arts, Scenery Production, Technical Theater, Costuming or equivalent
EXPERIENCE:
+ 3+ years set/prop fabrication and maintenance with the finishing aspect of animated figures is required
+ Or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Skydance Games is seeking an experienced Lead Lighting Artist who is passionate about the cinematic and technical craft of lighting. The ideal candidate combines a strong artistic eye with deep technical expertise in Unreal Engine's lighting toolset-covering both baked and fully dynamic lighting workflows. As Lead Lighting Artist, you will work closely with the Art Director and Concept Team to bring stylized worlds to life through mood, tone, and atmosphere. You'll be responsible for defining the lighting vision, ensuring visual consistency across environments, and maintaining performance optimization across all platforms.Responsibilities
Drive the overall lighting direction for the project in collaboration with the Art Director.
Implement both static (baked) and dynamic lighting solutions using Unreal Engine.
Translate stylized concept art into compelling, production-ready lighting.
Manage, mentor, and provide feedback to other lighting artists to maintain consistency and quality.
Collaborate with environment, materials, and VFX teams to achieve cohesive visual storytelling.
Balance artistic goals with technical performance and optimization requirements.
Qualifications
5 + years of proven experience as a Lead or Senior Lighting Artist on multiple shipped titles.
Expert knowledge of Unreal Engine lighting tools, including an emphasis in Lightmass.
Strong understanding of composition, color theory, and atmosphere in real-time environments.
Experience working with physically based rendering (PBR) and stylized art pipelines.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to guide and inspire a team.
Strong problem-solving and optimization skills, with a focus on performance across multiple platforms.
The annual salary range for this position in Los Angeles is $145,000 - $160,000. The salary offered may vary based on the candidate's location, qualifications, experience and relevant expertise, among other factors. The range indicated is for base salary only and does not reflect the total compensation package, including bonus, benefits, etc.

**Your New Role...**
The Graphic Artist (Temporary) position designs and produces still graphics for Live, News Programming. The position will communicate with producers, graphic supervisors, and other design team members to fulfill a range of requests. The ideal candidate is a strong multi-tasker able to prioritize and fulfill multiple daily news requests. The position produces high-quality design under tight deadlines while maintaining strict accuracy, visual clarity and meets technical standards.
**Your Role Accountabilities...** :
+ Design/produce still graphics and other design elements as assigned by Graphics Supervisors.
+ Effectively evaluate and manage time, resources and deadlines to produce desired products both individually and as part of a team.
+ Work with Graphics Supervisors, co-workers and show production staff to determine needs and facilitate execution of projects.
+ Acquire and utilize knowledge of equipment operation, production techniques and engineering requirements.
+ Proactively makes effective use of downtime, reaching out to help co-workers or learning/enhancing skills as time allows.
**Qualifications & Experience...**
+ Degree from accredited art school with emphasis in graphic design, motion design or related field (illustration, photography, industrial design, visual communications) or equivalent work experience.
+ Displays outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with other teams under pressure.
+ Embraces working in a diverse, collaborative environment and is willing to train and assist other designers on various levels. Actively contribute to overall positive and creative atmosphere of the department.
+ Excellent computer, organizational and interpersonal skills required.

OVERVIEW
We are seeking a talented and forward-thinking Apparel Visualization Artist to join our in-house 3D Visualization Team. This role is pivotal in bringing original design concepts to life using industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite, as well as emerging 3D and AI visualization tools. The ideal candidate will combine strong artistic sensibility with technical fluency, embodying Alo's commitment to design-led innovation and visual excellence. You'll collaborate closely with designers, 3D specialists, and cross-functional partners to create compelling, photo-realistic visualizations that inspire creative direction, inform design decisions, and elevate brand storytelling.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Visualize the design team's concepts and collections using Adobe Creative Suite, AI tools, and 3D visualization software.
Create high-quality, photorealistic renders and visual assets for presentations and marketing materials.
Translate hand sketches, Illustrator drawings, and concept imagery into dimensional renders and visual representations.
Collaborate with the 3D Design Manager and design teams to support the broader 3D pipeline and contribute to buying and merchandising presentation materials.
Conduct training sessions for designers to improve visualization and digital presentation skills.
Test, evaluate, and provide feedback on emerging AI tools to drive process innovation.
Maintain strong alignment with brand aesthetics, ensuring all visual outputs reflect Alo's elevated design language.
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure visual consistency across channels.
Contribute to research and development initiatives exploring next-generation visualization technologies such as generative AI and virtual environments.
Stay current on trends in digital visualization, fashion technology, and AI-driven creative workflows.
QUALIFICATIONS:
2+ years of experience in apparel visualization, CAD, or 3D product visualization within the fashion industry.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Procreate, and related creative applications.
Experience or demonstrated interest in AI visualization tools and generative image platforms.
2+ years of experience with 3D apparel software (e.g., Clo3D, Clo-Set, or similar) for visualization and rendering workflows.
Deep understanding of the apparel design and development process, including an eye for silhouettes and fit.
Strong understanding of color, lighting, texture, and composition in visual storytelling.
Excellent sense of visual aesthetics and ability to interpret design intent into digital visualizations.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey design ideas clearly.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about innovation in digital design.
Experience across multiple product categories (e.g., activewear, lifestyle apparel, accessories) is a plus.
Knowledge of alternate rendering engines (e.g., KeyShot, Blender, or Unreal Engine) and animation or motion design is a plus.
The Base Salary Range for this position is $75,000 - $85,000 per year which represents the current range for the base salary for this exempt position. Please note that actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. As such, on occasion and when applicable, there is the possibility that the final, agreed-upon base salary may be outside of the upper end of the range. Please also note the range listed is just one component of the Company's total rewards package for exempt employees. Other rewards may include performance bonuses, long term incentives, a PTO policy, and many other progressive benefits.
