Your New Role
This position is responsible for managing the production incentive process for episodic television offered by domestic jurisdictions.
Your Role Accountabilities
Provide guidance to budgeters on how to estimate the incentive for various jurisdictions and review the budget to ensure the incentive is calculated properly.
Ensures a project will qualify for an incentive by researching all applicable rules, communicating to the stakeholders and monitoring compliance throughout the project's life cycle.
Maintains and updates internal incentive tracking database.
Prepares all necessary forms, applications and registrations necessary to qualify for various production incentive programs.
Manage timing expectations from production incentive receivables
Coordinates with internal departments (e.g. Finance, Tax, Legal, Business Affairs, Post, etc) in all aspects related to production incentives on project specific issues
Provides guidance to Production Accounting on all incentive related matters.
Liaise with international consultants and service providers on all production incentive related matters
Assists with ad hoc projects / analysis
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, tax or finance.
Production accounting experience preferred.
Bachelors Degree required. Degree in Accounting preferred

**Your New Role**
Responsible for preparing, distributing, and maintaining contracts for below the line performers on feature films, including live-action and animated. Provides comprehensive payment-related support and contract administration throughout all phases of assigned productions. Serves as a key liaison with casting directors, producers, and production office personnel to facilitate performer employment, ensuring compliance with SAG-AFTRA regulations and company policy.
**Your Role Accountabilities**
+ Assist with reviewing cast deal memos from casting directors to ensure compliance with SAG-AFTRA guild rules and company policies.
+ Enter and update performer contact details and deal terms in the internal feature casting database to maintain accurate and current contract records.
+ Prepare and distribute contracts and related documents including but not limited to Rider, Exhibit A, Parental Agreement, Side Letter for all below the line performers (actors, stunts, dancers, singers, voiceover, etc.) and send drafts for review to talent representatives (agents, managers, attorneys) as needed.

+ Process and verify performer related payment documentation, including but not limited to actor production time reports, post-sync time logs, etc.
+ Collect calls sheets, production reports, and Exhibit G timesheets to track work activity for continuity and accuracy.
+ Act as primary contact for below the line performer contract related inquiries from internal studio personnel, production offices and talent representatives.
+ Clear performers with SAG-AFTRA Station 12 and manage follow up.
+ Prepare and submit Taft-Hartley waivers to SAG-AFTRA when applicable.
+ Provide Business Affairs and legal departments with billing riders and paid ad information.
+ Arrange payment for below the line performers for post-production services including but not limited to added scenes, retakes, and looping.
+ Advise producers, casting directors, accounting, legal and/or post-production on SAG-AFTRA contract obligations, including but not limited to consecutive employment, minimum rates, post-production days, etc.
+ File and maintain all documents including but not limited to deal memos, contracts, Exhibit G's, call sheets, payment requests for assigned productions.
+ Prepare payment authorizations for talent deals on feature animated films and ensure timely and accurate payments.

**Qualifications and Experience**

The Warner Bros. Discovery Global Media Archives is dedicated to collecting, curating, and exhibiting digital and physical assets created by our productions and other business units. The Archivist is responsible for the inventory and cataloging of our collections, curating exhibitions, and supporting events held as part of the marketing of our original productions.
The Archivist often works individually with little supervision on assigned projects at the direction of the Manager of Archives or at the request of the Director of Archives. Your Role Accountabilities

Your Role Accountabilities...
Operate a satellite truck and/or portable satellite, microwave and streaming equipment to provide multi-path transmissions (IP/Video/Audio) from outside broadcast locations. This includes equipment transport, set-up, operation and breakdown and may also include truck maintenance. CNN SNG trucks are multi-path mobile production platforms thus requiring one to be well versed in the operation and maintenance of on-board systems such as cameras, switchers, routers, encoders, RF and specialized transmission gear (MIMO, COFDM, bonded cellular).
Perform 24x7x365 broadcast technical support to include installation, maintenance and troubleshooting/repair of sophisticated streaming, audio and video remote broadcast production/television equipment. Coordinate technical installation with vendors and/or production teams.
Document quality standards, system anomalies, operational procedures, reference materials, and project work. Use of 1) AutoCad for system documentation and 2) ITSM ticketing tool to log incidents/requests. Qualifications & Experiences...

The Associate Software Engineer will play a key role in building and maintaining applications and integrations that support Post Production marketing, localization, and social media operations.

Your New Role
The Warner Bros. Discovery Global Media Archives is dedicated to collecting, curating, and exhibiting digital and physical assets created by our productions and other business units. The Archivist is responsible for the inventory and cataloging of our collections, curating exhibitions, and supporting events held as part of the marketing of our original productions.
The Archivist often works individually with little supervision on assigned projects at the direction of the Manager of Archives or at the request of the Director of Archives. The Archivist may perform basic preservation practices including the selection of items for conservation/restoration, assist in developing archive documentation and procedures, and perform research and answer reference questions about the collection.
Your Role Accountabilities
+ Extracts and processes original productions collections, including the inventory and cataloging of assets; executes exhibition and event planning requests, including asset selection, packing, shipping, set up, and then return of Archive assets.
+ Performs preservation tasks related to the care and maintenance of Archive objects, such as re-housing, and identifies conservation concerns for special handling.
+ Maintains Archive databases and works closely with our Data Services team to improve record-keeping and user searches.
+ Photographs, scans, digitizes, or ingests assets and images into Archive asset management systems.
+ Trains student interns and temporary staff on Archive collections projects.
Qualifications & Experience
+ 2 years of experience processing special collections in a corporation, archive, or library environment.
+ Bachelors or Masters in Archive Science, Museum Studies, or related experience in an archives, preferred
