Job Description
The ProductManager will be part of the Film & TV Studios Technical Solutions. This role will lead the product strategy, development, and delivery of technical solutions that advance the Universal Film group's data and analytics initiatives. The ProductManager will partner with stakeholders working across business areas to define requirements, prioritize features, and deliver products that improve data accessibility, insight generation, and operational efficiency.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing Technology or Business Analytics or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in productmanagement, analytics, or data engineering related solution delivery roles
Demonstrated success managing data and analytics focused products from concept through launch
Strong understanding of data platforms, integrations and analytics architecture including API's, data pipelines and data modeling
Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and collaborate closely with data engineers and developers
Experience working with Cloud solutions (GCP, AWS or Azure) and modern technologies such as BigQuery, Snowflake or Databricks
Strong SQL proficiency with the ability to write, optimize, and validate queries to support data analysis, product development and troubleshooting
Experience working in cross-functional teams involving data engineers and business stakeholders
Strong ability to perform analysis of small to medium complex business, workflow, and technology issues to support decision-making

Your New Role…
CNN is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Director of ProductManagement to lead our subscriptions product team and help expand our streaming and digital subscription offerings. * 9+ years of productmanagement experience, with at least 4 years in direct-to consumer subscription-based businesses, ideally in digital media, streaming, or related fields.
* Demonstrated success driving product strategy and execution in a cross-functional environment.
* Inspirational leader with track record of managing and mentor high performing productmanagers.
* Expertise in product discovery, user-centered design, A/B testing, and agile development methodologies.
* Deep understanding of subscription KPIs (conversion rate, churn rate, ARPU, LTV, CAC, and NPS) and how to use them to guide business decisions.

**Senior ProductManager - Marketing Technology**
CNN is seeking a Senior ProductManager - Marketing Technology to join our Revenue and Growth Product Team. This team is responsible for building and managing the MarTech, messaging and data enablement capabilities that power the growth of our digital subscription, advertising and commerce businesses.

Summary:
