Duties could include:
Support production and ancillary departments at studio through all stages of production
Help out on tasks to maintain organized studio space
Schedule and organize meeting, including taking notes and distributing them after the meeting
Assist with tracking and archiving production details
Aid in talent and network relations
Track production progress for shows across Adult Swim
Log/Transcribe shows as they change across various cuts
Archive footage and documents keeping them organized and available for production team members
The Essentials

Our internships are paid opportunities with a competitive hourly wage. Credit is not required; however, we will provide the necessary documentation for school credit if desired. Relocation is not provided.

Your New Role:
The Production Coordinator role is designed to support all partners of the Warner Bros.
Discovery/Techwood portfolio. This includes all aspects of the production including utilizing and
maintaining the schedule tool, coordinating logistics for studio shows, preparing financial and

Your Role Accountabilities:
OPERATIONS/ PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Support project intake, project mobilization, and postmortem functions for various sports properties including Bleacher Report, NHL on TNT, March Madness, and MLB on TBS, TNTLA, TCM.
Create and manage work orders in the scheduling tool.
Coordinate with Associate Production Managers and department heads confirming all crew resources and materials needed to work efficiently and effectively are provided.
Support Associate Production Managers with budgeting, tracking expenses, and invoice submittals.
Track and manage any rentals or vendor needs.
Maintain and distribute production calendars, weekly.
STRATEGY
Collaborate with Scenic leads and Crewing teams to coordinate studio operations, and scheduling.
Communicate production changes to various operational departments.
Assist with developing and defining new and improved workflow initiatives.
Generate production crew sheets and distribute to Production Management teams, and Technical Operations teams.
Communicate with Security, Facilities, and Housekeeping as needed to maintain all studio and supports spaces.
Qualifications & Experiences:
3+ years of prior experience in a related field (media, entertainment, sports, production)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Extremely detail-oriented, possess strong organizational skills, and can manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Expert user of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) to prepare calendars, schedule meetings and events, track expenses, analyze pivot charts
Excellent written and verbal communication
Work collaboratively with small teams

JOB OVERVIEW
Under the supervision of the Post-Production Manager, the Post-Production Assistant assists with all aspects of FRONTLINE post-production for documentary films. This position primarily supports the finishing of films from green-light through online, delivery and archiving. The Post-Production Assistant is the steward of our film and its assets during the post-production process. They receive the media from producers via drives and/or file delivery system, and work with the FRONTLINE and OutPost Post teams through online and finishing. After project completion they organize delivery of the final film assets to Archives. The Post-Production Assistant will oversee and manage closed captioning for each film. They also support production across the series, learning and developing a range of production skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in finishing and packaging sessions. Perform minor Avid support duties during finishing sessions.
Oversee closed captioning for films, assist with management of the weekly schedule, delivery of files and deliverables, and outreach to producers.
Organize and archive original sources, stock footage, masters for programs and program data. Maintain computerized database of FRONTLINE masters and all materials. Work with WGBH Media Library and Archives to comply with delivery requirements.
Coordinate and book travel for visiting filmmakers.
Maintain and order supplies as needed.
SKILL SET
Passion for post-production, documentary film- making and investigative journalism.
Professional background demonstrating one's ability to work well under pressure, perform quickly, accurately and independently is vital.
Superior organizational and communication skills and exhibit excellent follow-through. In particular, experience organizing and completing long-term archiving or media management projects is a significant plus.
Familiarity with video acquisition formats and non-linear editing platforms is required.

Production Assistants are integral to providing a welcoming, fun space for the creation of new work. Production Assistants are primarily responsible for shuttling artists between the airport, our housing, and offices, setting up and taking down our nightly communal dinners, and collaborating closely with the seasonal and Berkeley Rep staff on day-to-day tasks related to hospitality and production. Production Assistants will have many opportunities to interact with BRT staff and guest artists, including participating in meet-and-greets, attending Q&A sessions, observing readings and presentations, and simply chatting over dinner. Production Assistants are hired from 4 to 6 weeks to work at Berkeley Repertory Theatre.
Requirements
Production Assistants should be available between June 1st, 2026 and July 7th, 2026. Schedules vary daily and may include morning, evening or weekend hours between 8am-10pm for up to 40 hours per week. This position requires light physical activity, with reasonable accommodations available. Production assistants will be expected to drive our company vehicles including a seven-passenger van; a valid driver's license is required.
