The Job
Avalanche, a division of WB Games Inc., is seeking a Lead Producer to join our team of talented industry veterans working on a new online multiplayer RPG. This person will be responsible for the "how" and "when" of development, managing a multidisciplinary team to effectively deliver a high-quality, polished product.
This is a foundational role for a growing team. The ideal candidate is a hands-on production expert and leader who is passionate about establishing robust processes, running team rituals, and managing the project backlog. Your New Role
The Labor Relations Department seeks an Investigator for the Production Workplace Investigations (“PWI”) team, a unit within the Labor Relations Department. PWI's function is to conduct objective, balanced, and thorough investigations into complaints of alleged misconduct by or about production employees. These employees are mainly located in North America, and represented by a variety of industry unions, including, but not limited to, WGA, DGA, DGC, SAG-AFTRA, UBCP/ACTRA, IATSE, IBEW, Teamsters, Laborers, AFM, etc. The nature of employee complaints include, but are not limited to, harassment & discrimination; insubordination; bullying or hostile work environment; retaliation; drugs & alcohol; conflict of interest; verbal altercations; threats and violence in the workplace; misappropriation of company property or theft. PWI promotes and advocates for consistency of resolutions and disciplinary action following an investigation and partners with Employment Counsel, People & Culture Partners, and other key stakeholders to resolve complex employment issues.
Until further notice from WBD People & Culture, employees are expected to work in the office three (3) days per week and have the option to work remotely two (2) days per week. All video conference meetings and calls must utilize both video and audio, excluding any investigatory interviews that the interviewee requests otherwise.
Your Role Accountabilities
Interview and Documentation Process
Independently develops investigation strategies for assigned complaints, including:
Creating tailored interview questions for complainants, respondents, witnesses, and other relevant parties.
Coordinating with departments such as Security, Leave of Absence, and Compliance on related issues (e.g., threat assessments, ADA/FMLA, conflicts of interest).
Conducting unbiased fact-finding and reaching a more-likely-than-not conclusion based on evidence.
Reporting and Recommendations
Prepare and deliver clear, comprehensive investigatory outcome reports to stakeholders.
Analyze findings and recommend appropriate disciplinary actions based on company policies, practices, and the nature of the misconduct.
Disciplinary Actions and Documentation
Issue disciplinary outcomes such as warnings, suspensions, demotions, training requirements, EAP referrals, layoffs, or terminations.
Draft tailored documentation or conditional employment agreements for each investigation.
Qualifications & Experience
A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience is required. Juris Doctor (J.D.) preferred.

Job Description
The Senior Mechanical Engineer provides engineering support for existing and new theme park attractions (rides and shows). Duties include complex downtime investigation and troubleshooting of ongoing issues, reverse engineering and redesign, and other engineering tasks as required to ensure daily operational readiness of attractions. Additional duties include complex re-design and development efforts for mechanical / structural systems of theme park rides and attractions to provide increased reliability and operational improvements. Development of some projects will require basic management of outsourcing services, third party consulting, contracts, and scheduling of work.
All work shall be in conformance with ASTM F24 Committee guidelines and compliant with applicable codes, regulations and standards including: AISC, ASME, ASTM, ANSI, AWS, JIC, NEC, and OSHA, among others.
This role has exposure to multiple different ride and show systems spanning multiple decades, each with its unique fun and challenges.
This role has a 5-day workweek onsite. Offsite work may be allowed with prior approval from the Engineering Manager. The role may include additional nights and/or "weekends" only when necessary.
Responsibilities
* Responds to day-to-day sustaining engineering calls and troubleshoots recurring design or maintenance issues.
* Performs re-engineering efforts for Attractions including complex mechanical, structural, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

The U.S. Legal Shared Services organization is based in WMG's Center of Excellence for Shared Services in Nashville, Tennessee. The U.S. Legal Shared Services organization (or “LSS”) consists of three departments: Audit, Legal, and Publishing. Employees of the Center of Excellence provide services to all of WMG's U.S. record labels, Warner Chappell Music Publishing, WEA Corp. and Alternative Distribution Alliance (WMG's distribution companies), and WMG's other U.S. business units.
The Audit Department is responsible for handling all incoming audits arising from the artist recording agreements, joint venture and participation agreements, publishing license agreements, and union collective bargaining agreements to which WMG's U.S. record labels are a party.
Members of the Department work closely with employees in the Business Affairs, Finance, Production, Operations, New Media, and Marketing departments of each label client to fulfill the above-referenced responsibilities for the recordings and record those labels release.
Your role:
This position will run all aspects of the audit process, including, without limitation, tracking audit notifications, reviewing and analyzing the claims contained in the audit reports we receive, making recommendations to the relevant WMG internal label clients regarding how to respond to those claims, facilitating settlement negotiations between the party auditing and WMG's internal label clients, and ensuring that any internal accounting entries related to the audit process are made accurately and promptly.
Here you'll get to:
Lead all aspects of the tracking of audit notice letters received by the Group's label clients; upon receipt of a given notice, you will resolve (and then advise such label clients of) the maximum duration of the period the party in question is contractually permitted to audit, and then facilitate the negotiation of the actual period WMG will permit the party concerned to audit;
Be responsible for the audit fieldwork process, including, without limitation, by collecting all relevant data and other information contained in the books and records of the WMG label concerned that is relevant to (and falls within the contractually-defined scope) of the audit concerned;
Review and analyze the audit claims submitted by the auditor in question, as well as the relevant provisions of the underlying artist, publisher and union contracts that govern WMG's exploitation of the assets that is at issue in the audit;
Develop recommendations for the WMG label client(s) concerned regarding how to respond to the audit claims in a given audit;
Facilitate the settlement of each audit, on behalf of the WMG label client concerned; in close coordination with that label's Business & Legal Affairs and Finance Departments;
Administer any and all payments made in connection with the settlement of each audit, ensuring that each is properly recorded in the books and records of the applicable WMG label client(s);.
Lead the activities of the junior members of the Group in connection with each of the above-listed activities;
Prepare and distribute monthly and quarterly Audit Reserves/P&L Reports to WMG label clients;
Organize and lead monthly status meetings with WMG label clients;

Assignment: Each next-gen fellow does an on-air report with TNT Sports talent or a star athlete participating in the tentpole.
Mentorship: Fellows are paired with TNT sports talent who provide mentorship and help them prepare for their on-air opportunity. Previous mentors include Ernie Johnson and Allie LaForce. These relationships flourish and continue beyond the fellowship period.
