Shape Key Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of the company's global benefits, wellbeing and mobility strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and supporting employee health, wellness, and work-life balance. Design and implement benefits, mobility, and wellbeing programs that are competitive, cost-effective, and compliant with local and global regulations. Oversee the administration of all employee benefits programs-including health, retirement, life insurance, disability, paid time off, and other perks-while integrating wellbeing initiatives that promote physical, mental, financial, and social health. Ensure that all benefits and mobility programs comply with local, regional, and global laws and regulations, including health care reform, pension regulations, taxation, and immigration requirements. Oversee budgeting and cost management for all benefits, mobility, and wellbeing programs, ensuring financial sustainability while maintaining employee satisfaction and engagement. Develop clear and engaging communication strategies to educate employees about benefits, mobility, and wellbeing offerings-helping them understand the value and make the most of available resources. Drive the development and execution of holistic wellbeing programs designed to improve employee health, resilience, and engagement. This includes initiatives focused on physical, mental, financial, and emotional wellbeing, as well as resources that promote work-life balance. Manage relationships with external benefits, mobility, and wellbeing vendors, brokers, consultants, and insurance carriers. Negotiate contracts and monitor performance to ensure value and alignment with company objectives. Ensure consistency and equity in benefits and mobility offerings across geographies while respecting local cultural, legal, and market differences. Lead and develop a high-performing global team spanning benefits, wellbeing, and mobility expertise. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Leverage data and analytics to assess program competitiveness, effectiveness, employee utilization, and satisfaction across benefits, mobility, and wellbeing initiatives. Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership to optimize program design. Support benefits and mobility integration during mergers, acquisitions, and reorganizations to ensure seamless transitions and harmonized offerings globally. Shape Qualifications 12+ years of experience in global benefits management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing multi-region programs. Proven experience in designing and managing global benefits and mobility programs across multiple regions (e.g., North America, Europe, APAC). Expertise in global wellbeing program development and integration. Demonstrated experience managing and negotiating with benefits, mobility, and wellbeing vendors, brokers, and insurance carriers. In-depth knowledge of global benefits and mobility compliance, including ERISA, ACA, GDPR, and international tax and immigration requirements. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and program optimization. Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple global priorities. Experience with HRIS and benefits platforms (e.g., Workday, ADP, Benify, Alight or other global systems). Strong financial acumen and experience managing large-scale benefits and mobility budgets. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (Master's preferred). This role leads and matures WBD's enterprise-wide vulnerability management Center of Excellence (CoE) program, covering cloud, on-premises infrastructure, and application environments. The Director is responsible for directing the identification, classification, reporting, and remediation of vulnerabilities, ensuring alignment with WBD's broader cybersecurity strategy. This position requires deep collaboration across cloud engineering, IT infrastructure, application development, and third-party service providers to effectively reduce the organization's risk exposure. The Director will work closely with GICS and business unit leaders to ensure strategic and tactical vulnerability risk mitigation efforts align with enterprise goals. VULNERABILITY OVERSIGHT Lead WBD's program for managing vulnerabilities across on-prem infrastructure, cloud and applications; guiding the process from finding vulnerabilities, to mitigating risk. Manage WBD's MSSP to make sure scans are thorough and results are prioritized by how risky they are; assist and direct the process of resolving vulnerabilities and report on the status; and verify that the actions taken to fix them are working. Drive vulnerability remediation with asset owners inline with established risk mitigation SLA's. Incorporate vulnerability risk into the broader GICS risk oversight framework, continuously evaluating the risk associated with the state of remediation SLA compliance.
