The Head of Benefits will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive global benefits programs that align with the company's business goals, attract and retain talent, and promote employee health, well-being, and engagement. This strategic leadership role requires an expert in global benefits management, with experience in both local and international benefit structures, compliance, and best practices.

12+ years of experience in global benefits management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing multi-region programs.
Proven experience in designing and managing global benefits and mobility programs across multiple regions (e.g., North America, Europe, APAC).
Expertise in global wellbeing program development and integration.
Demonstrated experience managing and negotiating with benefits, mobility, and wellbeing vendors, brokers, and insurance carriers.

Your New Role:
The VicePresident of Data Strategy and Data Governance will be a key executive responsible for developing and executing the long-term enterprise data strategy and leading the organization's data governance initiatives. Strong expertise in data management, data quality, and compliance standards across large-scale, complex enterprises.

Your New Role:
The Sr. Director, Linear & Scheduling Systems Modernization reports to the VP Product and leads global teams responsible for re-architecting WBD's scheduling and linear advertising infrastructure. This role owns the modernization roadmap, ensuring systems are cloud-native, cost-optimized, and future-proofed for an evolving industry.
By aligning technical execution with revenue, compliance, and operational goals, this leader ensures WBD's linear and scheduling platforms remain reliable, scalable, and monetization-focused while unlocking next-generation converged advertising opportunities.
Your Role Accountabilities:
Modernization Leadership - Define and execute the multi-year roadmap for migrating legacy scheduling and linear advertising platforms into modular, cloud-native architectures with embedded automation and observability.
Scheduling & Ad Systems Transformation - Lead product management forscheduling, trafficking, and broadcast operations systems, ensuring 99.99% reliability and seamless integration with converged advertising and affiliate platforms.
Organizational Leadership - Build and manage a global engineering and product delivery team, embedding modern DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud best practices. Mentor senior leaders and create a high-performance modernization culture.
Cross-Platform Integration - Ensure interoperability across scheduling, linear, and converged ad systems, enabling unified workflows that support both linear ad monetization and digital convergence..
Stakeholder Partnership - Act as a trusted advisor to Sales, Operations, Affiliate Distribution, and Finance, ensuring modernization investments directly support multi-billion-dollar revenue streams and future convergence strategy
Qualifications & Experience
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced technical certifications or MBA preferred.
Product Leadership Experience: 15+ years in enterprise technology leadership, with 7+ years overseeing mission-critical modernization programs.
Domain Expertise: Deep experience with linear advertising, scheduling, trafficking, and broadcast operations platforms, including modernization into API-driven, cloud-native solutions.
Modernization & Cloud: Proven success in migrating large-scale legacy systems into cloud and hybrid architectures (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Operational Excellence: Strong background in automating workflows, embedding observability, and ensuring compliance and resiliency.
Revenue & Business Alignment: Track record of aligning modernization initiatives with revenue growth, operational efficiency, and monetization outcomes.

The role also monitors facility conditions 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. The role requires significant project management experience and may be responsible for managing projects, reviewing project designs and supporting special events and newsgathering requirements.
Your Role Accountabilities
**70% - Oversight of operations, maintenance and repair of all utility, structural and building support services of 14 administrative, datacenter and production facilities totaling ~ 4 million square feet and covering ~ 51 acres. And involvement in select domestic Design & Construction projects**
+ Directly supervises three physical plant managers and one coordinator overseeing a workforce of approximately 40 employees providing 24/7/365 support to datacenter, IT, broadcast and streaming production and services as well as general office and administrative space.
+ Subject Matter Expert (SME) in critical infrastructure including 37 Uninterruptable Power Systems (UPS), 28 backup power generators and cooling plants generating up to 8000 tons of cooling capacity supporting datacenter and live broadcast entities.
+ Act as MEP SME for domestic Design & Construction projects with focus on business mission critical systems.
+ Provide input on MEP systems risk assessment and oversight, review & approval of construction MOPs (Method of Procedure)
+ Review & comment on initial and conceptual solutions for potential design & construction projects. Involved in concept solutioning meetings and feasibility studies including input on estimated budget
+ Oversight and management of the worldwide Building Automation System (BAS) ensuring control and visibility of utility and building support systems in local and remote facilities.
+ Operates and maintains Life Safety equipment protecting ~ 5000 employees.

Qualifications & Experience
