Stephen F. Cooper is Chief Executive Officer of Warner Music Group, which he joined in 2011 upon the company’s acquisition by Access Industries. He is a member of the Supervisory Board for LyondellBasell Industries N.V., one of the world’s largest olefins, polyolefins, chemicals and refining companies. Steve is an advisor at Zolfo Cooper, a leading financial advisory and interim management firm, of which he was a co-founder and former Chairman. Steve is also Managing Partner of Cooper Investment Partners, a private equity firm. He has more than 30 years of experience as a financial advisor, and has served as chairman or chief executive officer of various businesses, including Vice Chairman and member of the office of Chief Executive Officer of Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer, Inc. and Chief Executive Officer of Hawaiian Telcom.

Steve received a B.A. from Occidental College and an M.B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School of Business.

Oana Ruxandra is a Chief Digital Officer & EVP, Business Development at WARNER MUSIC GROUP CORP. and is based in New York, New York. She has worked as Vice President, Digital Strategy and Business Development at WARNER MUSIC GROUP CORP.; Senior Director, Digital Strategy and Business Development at WARNER MUSIC GROUP CORP.; and Fixed Income and FX Trader/Analyst at Constellation Capital Management, LLC. Oana studied at Columbia University between 1999 and 2003 and The Wharton School between 2010 and 2012.

Vinnie is the Chief Operating Officer of Isolation Network, Inc. He was previously Executive Vice President of Digital Logistics for Universal Music Group (UMG), the world’s largest music label, where he worked for over two decades. Among other roles, Vinnie was UMG’s primary architect of the global infrastructure used to deliver digital content for both promotional and commercial exploitation. His responsibilities included direct oversight of the North American division involved in collecting, storing, and distributing content (audio, video and graphics) to online and wireless services in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. Vinnie has also served as Vice Chair of the Digital Entertainment Group’s Digital Supply Chain Committee for the major film studios. He previously served as Chairman of Isolation Network from 2008 to 2012. Vinnie has over 25 years’ experience in implementing enterprise systems at large corporations and is an expert at leading creative organizations in adopting process improvements. Vinnie holds a Bachelor of Science from Stanford University and an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Eric Levin is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Warner Music Group, a role in which he is responsible for the company’s worldwide financial operations. He joined the company in 2014, having held a number of senior executive posts in the US and Greater China. In 2012, he joined Ecolab Inc., the multinational technology and manufacturing group, as the Regional Controller & CFO for its North Asia Region. Before that, beginning in 2009, he was Chief Financial Officer at South China Morning Post Group. Previously, Eric was Chief Financial Officer at HBO (Home Box Office), and was a founding partner at the multimedia venture City On Demand.

Eric earned a B.S. from the University of Pennsylvania, and a MBA from the University of Chicago.
