Stay current with changes in care/support (e.g. medications, treatments, behavior plans, etc.). 7. Alert program management in the event of an individual's change in status or behavior. 8. Assist with weighing individuals, and gathers and records other data as requested. 9. Complete all documentation and reports within program timelines. 10. Actively participates in resident, family, team and staff meetings. 11. Attend trainings as assigned maintain certification of required trainings (CPR, First Aid, and Medication). 12. May possibly transport Clients as request in their own vehicle or staff's own personal vehicle. Qualifications: A high school diploma or equivalent. One year experience providing direct care preferably to individuals Ability to understand, speak, read and write fluent English; sensitive to client's needs. Strongly prefer that a candidate will have a demonstrated understanding of and competence in serving culturally diverse populations, can communicate effectively, use good judgment, high energy level , function well in a team atmosphere; perform basic computer functions. Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Must have a valid driver's license and access to an operational and insured vehicle in addition to willingness to use it to transport residents.
