    Remote Warp job

Warp: We're Building the Platform for Agentic Development Warp began with the vision of reimagining one of the fundamental dev tools-the terminal-to make it more usable and powerful for all developers. As AI has advanced, Warp has evolved beyond its terminal roots into the platform for Agentic Development: a workbench for dispatching agents to code, deploy, and debug production software. With over 700k active developers and revenue that has grown over 20x this year so far, Warp is now one of the fastest growing startups in the exploding AI development space. We believe that soon developers will be “tech leads” for groups of agents; rather than opening a code editor to write code or a terminal to write commands, they will open Warp and prompt their computer to build features, fix bugs, and diagnose production issues. With its starting point as a reimagined command line, Warp is well-positioned to support agent-first workflows: It sits at the lowest level in the dev stack, has access to all of a developer's context, and is set up for multitasking and long-running processes. In addition, Warp has state-of-the-art code editing features and built-in team knowledge sharing. It's the right interface for the agentic future. Our mission has remained the same even as AI has advanced: to empower developers to ship better software more quickly, freeing them to focus on the creative and rewarding aspects of their work. For more information on our team and culture, we highly recommend reading our How We Work. The Role We're looking for a data-driven, hands-on growth leader to own paid and lifecycle marketing for Warp across self-serve and enterprise. For self-serve, you'll drive acquisition across digital channels (paid search, Reddit, YouTube, retargeting, SEO/GEO) and partner closely with Product to improve activation, engagement, and monetization. For enterprise, you'll drive pipeline through ABM motions and targeted digital acquisition. This is a collaborative, hands-on leadership role where you'll partner with Product, Engineering, Data, and GTM to build, test, launch, and optimize the funnel. In this role you with own: Performance Strategy Define the acquisition approach across both self-serve (PLG) and enterprise, responsible for driving top-of-funnel acquisition and monetization/pipeline. Set strategy around channel mix, activation loops, audience targeting, and scaling budget. Prioritize opportunities based on retention, efficiency, and path to profitable growth. Performance Marketing Lead paid and performance channels from hypothesis to execution. Build and iterate A/B test frameworks, campaign planning, targeting strategy, creative testing, and channel optimization. Own measurement of CAC, ROI, payback performance, and confidence-building around ROAS/payback models for scaled spend. Lifecycle Marketing Build persistent, personalized user journeys for self serve and enterprise users segmented by role, usage, and intent. Design scaled activation and retention paths across email, push, and in-product messaging. For enterprise, guide accounts toward SQLs through targeted nurture, product signal mining, and pipeline-aware triggers. Website Performance and Optimization Own Warp's web surfaces - homepage, landing pages, product pages, etc - to improve discoverability and conversion. Lead A/B experiments with Product and Design, improving conversion, activation, and engagement without sacrificing efficiency. Marketing Technology and AI Optimization Manage and optimize core platforms, including Customer.io, HubSpot, Framer, etc to improve personalization, predictive targeting, and performance. Maintain clean taxonomy, triggers, and automation infrastructure that supports agent-first delivery, segmentation, and product signal capture. Analytics & Reporting Maintain dashboards covering the full funnel (awareness, activation, upgrades, etc) Surface experiment insights, channel retention, funnel health, and cost efficiency findings to the team. Lead forecasting, pacing, and execution readouts for both self-serve and enterprise. Qualifications 8+ years of experience in growth roles: performance marketing, demand generation, lifecycle marketing, ideally spanning across consumer/developer and enterprise. Proven success managing self serve and enterprise acquisition, activation, and monetization. Strong analytical skills: with deep experience in segmentation, attribution, cohort analysis, funnel modeling and experimentation frameworks. Proven track record improving conversion and activation on large-audience web properties. Hands-on experience setting up tracking, events, and lifecycle/CRM systems for precise funnel measurement. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into compelling messages for developers. You are willing to roll up your sleeves to do all things necessary to make an early-stage startup successful. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with the developer ecosystem, developer personas, and developer-centric messaging. You have a passion for learning more about the terminal and developer tools. You have experience coding. Salary Transparency Total compensation at Warp consists of two parts: 1) a competitive base salary, and 2) meaningful equity. Final total compensation depends on experience and expertise. In addition to salary, all employees receive further compensation in the form of equity in the company. This is a meaningful stock option grant with a four-year vesting period and one-year cliff. Your equity is where most of the significant upside potential is. As Enterprise Marketing Lead you will… Own and execute the enterprise marketing growth strategy Design, build, and orchestrate a comprehensive business marketing engine that drives predictable pipeline and revenue growth Own and craft Warp's narrative and messaging for businesses ensuring we are telling a consistent and compelling story across all channels from marketing campaigns to sales materials and thought leadership Develop scalable systems for campaign orchestration, lead management, and measurement Develop and maintain detailed ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and buyer personas, with a focus on enterprise customers Manage offline marketing: assess opportunities and own the launch of offline campaigns, including first and third party events Work closely with the Sales team to create tailored pitch decks, ROI models, and enablement materials that accelerate enterprise deal cycles and drive adoption of Warp across engineering organizations You may be a good fit if... 6-8 years of B2B Marketing experience, ideally within developer tools, AI, or PLG-driven companies Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bring clarity and structure to fast-moving, high-ownership environments Understand enterprise sales cycles and how marketing can create qualified opportunities Are comfortable being both strategic and hands-on: you can architect campaigns and personally execute them end-to-end Excel in cross-functional collaboration, working closely with Sales, Product, and Data teams Bring strong analytical rigor, able to dig into metrics, identify insights, and communicate performance clearly Salary Transparency Total compensation at Warp consists of two parts: 1) a competitive base salary, and most importantly, 2) meaningful equity. When we find the right person, we try to put our best foot forward with an offer that excites you. We consider what you'd like to be paid, the skills and experience you bring, what similar jobs pay, and make sure there's equal pay for equal work among those you'll be working with. The budgeted compensation amount for this role is targeted at USD $190,000-$240,000. About Warp We are a company run by product-first builders, building a core product for all developers. We are committed to understanding our users deeply. We will ultimately build the best product and business if that team includes developers and designers from a wide range of backgrounds. The early team comes from Google, Dropbox, Gem, LinkedIn, and Facebook. We are looking for passionate individuals to join us and help bring Warp to the world. We value honesty, humility, and pragmatism, and our core product principle is focusing on the user. If you're interested in learning more about our company values and the culture of our engineering team, please take a look at our internal 'How We Work' guide. We're very fortunate to be backed by a great group of venture capital firms. In August 2023, we announced a $50M Series B funding round ($73M total raised), led by Sequoia Capital. Our other investors include Google Ventures, Neo, and Box Group. We are also backed by a network of passionate angels, including Dylan Field (Co-Founder and CEO, Figma), Elad Gil (early investor in Airbnb, Pinterest, Stripe, and Square), Jeff Weiner (Executive Chairman and Ex-CEO, LinkedIn), Marc Benioff (Founder and CEO, Salesforce), and Sam Altman (Co-Founder & CEO, OpenAI).
