Essential Duties : - Perform duties in fabrication and securing of brackets, filter housings and non-code components. - Measure and fabricate water and/or exhaust piping of different thicknesses, in position or on stands. - Pride of workmanship in quality output. - Ability to problem solve for design of fabrication in order to meet the needs of the components assigned. - Scrubber mist pad removal, repair and reinstallation. - Process pipe fabrication and repair. - Weld brackets and braces and use grinders Non-Essential Duties: Performs other duties as assigned. Minimum Education and Certification: - High school diploma or equivalent. - Welding training or equivalent on-the-job-training preferred. - Pipe or plate welding certification if required in assigned facility. - Must provide own welding hood, chipping hammer, and wire cutting pliers - Pipe or plate welding certification if required in assigned facility.
