Warren Oil is looking for a dynamic customer service professional for our West Memphis, AR plant. This person must be versatile as they will have responsibility for multiple customers.
Answer correspondence (phone calls and emails) from customers in a timely manner
Possess a keen understanding of the products and services that we provide
Exhibit an above average skill level in MS Excel
Problem solver for customer issues
Resolves minor customer complaints
Provide updates on customer documentation
Work cross functionally with transportation, shipping and warehouse teammates
Verify customer's complaints and provide solution or communicate to upper management
Provide detailed trouble shooting for customer orders
Build and maintain good relationship with customers
Provide ideas for process improvement
Provide open communication channels with company salespersons
Assist Accounts Receivable with resolving issues with customer payments/deductions
Issue credits when necessary
Maintain clean, accurate customer order files

Customer Service Requirements:
College Degree in Business, Finance or accounting prefered
2-4 years of customer service in a call center or office environment
Knowledge of Department of Transportation Regulations a plus
Familiarization with manufacturing environment a plus
General Knowledge of ISO 9001: 2008 a plus

Production Supervisor Duties and Responsibilities
Proactively implement, promote and maintain a safe working environment and OSHA compliance.

Maintain and consistently administer local policies to meet day to day operating requirements while ensuring that all regulatory standards and company policies are understood, supported, and followed on the production floor
Promote positive employee relations and monitors the performance of employees to ensure success within the manufacturing environment, identifies and implements improvement opportunities

Supervisor Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
3+ years supervisory experience required preferably in a blending manufacturing process environment.
Experience as a key trainer for equipment and procedures required.
Ability to climb ladders and to work under machines as required.
Working knowledge of production scheduling activities required.
Effective communication skills (verbal, written, presentational and interpersonal).
Proven ability to organize, plan and prioritize tasks within a high volume, varied workload.
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products, Microsoft Project knowledge preferred.
Working knowledge of computerized inventory systems preferred.
Ability to work flexible hours required.

Present for daily tier meetings, fully engaged and an active participant.

Make transfer hose connections throughout the raw material and finish goods mass transfer systems.

Sustainment of daily housekeeping objectives and 5S initiatives.
Effectively work and communicate with other supervisors to support the coordination operations and activities within or between departments. Work closely with the lab as well as QA in blend work order approval and correction needs; must ensure product meets established specifications.
Support QA team in investigation customer complaints and other concerns.
Support the proper handling and usage of flush materials.
Adhere to all quality control parameters.
Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled working environment and extreme weather conditions.

Blender Requirements:

15 years' experience working with blending and packaging production equipment (petroleum or chemical industry preferred)
Technical and supervisory experience in electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, instrumentations, automation and computer fields
Strong working knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLC) and computer automation theories (software and hardware)
Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management (CMM), such as work order and preventive maintenance generation, parts procurement, systems and procedures in petroleum or chemical plants.

15 years' experience working with blending and packaging production equipment (petroleum or chemical industry preferred)
Technical and supervisory experience in electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, instrumentations, automation and computer fields
Strong working knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLC) and computer automation theories (software and hardware)
Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management (CMM), such as work order and preventive maintenance generation, parts procurement, systems and procedures in petroleum or chemical plants.
