The Opportunity

Monitor site financial performance and identify and create new areas for growth and revenue.
Develop an expertise and understanding of the yearly budget, financial performance measures and monitoring systems, and billing and reimbursement issues / systems.
Improve patient census and billing practice statistics to optimize reimbursement for the practice.
Maintain awareness and interactions with payers such as significant IPA's, Medical Groups, Foundations, ACO's associated with the hospital / health system.
Execute efficient recruitment, onboarding, and training processes for new providers, ensuring the practice is staffed with highly qualified professionals.
Provide learning and development opportunities and mentoring to providers and staff to enhance their clinical acumen, leadership skills and overall professional growth.
Evaluate the performance of physicians and PA / NPs in compliance with Vituity policies and guidelines.
Monitor physician competencies with progressive improvement using appropriate metrics. Counsel, suspend, or remove staff from the schedule as necessary in compliance with Vituity polices / guidelines.
Actively participate in contract negotiations in conjunction with the Regional Director.
Develop, foster, and maintain productive and collaborative working relationships with hospital leadership, nursing staff and other healthcare team members.
Ensure practice is appropriately represented and demonstrates their value through leadership roles (as applicable) and/or participation with hospital management, medical staff leadership, Medical Executive, Medical Staff and other hospital committees, and within the local community.
Required Experience and Competencies
Licensed physician as a Medical Doctor (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree from an accredited medical school and completion of residency through an accredited residency program required.
Maintain membership and privileges on Hospital's medical staff and comply with and abide by the bylaws, rules and regulations, and the policies and procedures of Hospital's medical staff where services are being provided required.
Physician Partnership status required.
Five (5) years or more experience in a leadership role required.

Annual Base Salary for newly appointed CBPOs varies as follows:
GS-9: $61,111 - $124,443 per year
Note: A fully trained CBPO is eligible for up to $45,000 in overtime pay in addition to the starting salary.
Officers are eligible to select from an array of federal employment benefits that include health, dental and other insurance plans, generous annual and sick leave, and participation in the Thrift Savings Plan.
LOCATION INCENTIVES: If you accept one of the duty locations listed below, you may be eligible to receive an additional 15%-25% of your salary each year for the first three (3) years of employment in addition to any overtime pay. Some locations may offer 25% for four (4) years.

Together, we are partnering with industry leaders to develop cutting-edge solutions that impact the future of sports medicine. Specifically, we seek an experienced professional for the new role of Regenerative Medicine Research Faculty (RMRF). Working at the Andrews Regenerative Medicine Center (RMC) in Pensacola, the successful candidate will provide scientific guidance to generate and sustain research activities in biologics and regenerative medicine. The RMRF will be expected to develop and expand new ideas and protocols in collaboration with corporate and physician/clinical partners, and will be responsible for study implementation, evaluation, and publishing of results. The RMRF will also provide technical skills training and scientific guidance to clinical investigators and assist with problem solving and data evaluations. Reporting to the Associate Dean for Research at the FSU College of Medicine and the Director of Research and Development at AREF, this critical role will lead grant proposal planning and writing, oversee day to day laboratory activities and ensure that all laboratory procedures are performed properly and in adherence to regulation. The RMRF may also facilitate procedures in the Surgical Skills Laboratory and assist with patient visits for clinical research studies as needed.
The Andrews RMC was designed to pioneer the translation of regenerative medicine treatments from early clinical and animal studies to evidence-based patient care. The RMC provides clinical space to offer current evidence-based and regulatory-compliant treatments and houses a tissue processing and storage facility to participate in developmental stem cell studies. The RMC includes a GMP compliant clean room (ISO 7), lab equipment to facilitate research (including a flow cytometer, hemocytometer, incubator, microscope, ELISA reader, and other equipment), and biologic product storage (including liquid nitrogen vapor phase storage, a -80 freezer, and two medical grade biologic refrigerators).
Qualifications
* Ph.D. in molecular biology or a related field
* Demonstrated experience leading research program development
* Grant writing/proposal development experience
* Experience in medical research and/or sports medicine setting including lab experience
* Experience performing research with stem cells and other tissues
* Knowledge of tissue regrowth and stem cell therapies
* Knowledge of protocol development and Institutional Review Board submission process

JOB OVERVIEW
The Groundsman at Tri-State Tree Service provides essential ground support for tree care operations, working as a vital crew member supporting climbers and equipment operators. This entry-level position offers hands-on experience in professional tree care while learning from experienced arborists. Master the fundamentals including debris handling, tool operation, and safety protocols with excellent advancement opportunities.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ground Support Operations
• Collect, drag, and pile branches and debris throughout workday
• Operate ground-based tools including chainsaws, pole saws, and hand tools
• Assist climbers and equipment operators with rigging and material handling
• Load/unload equipment and materials at job sites
• Operate chippers and ground-based equipment under supervision
Safety & Communication
• Maintain constant voice communication with climbers and aerial workers
• Monitor work areas for hazards and protect employee/public safety
• Use appropriate PPE and follow safety protocols
• Participate in safety briefings and meetings
• Report safety hazards and equipment issues immediately
Job Site Management & Learning
• Perform thorough site cleanup and debris removal
• Organize and maintain tools and equipment throughout workday
• Ensure professional job site appearance and customer satisfaction
• Learn tree care techniques from experienced crew members
• Follow instructions from crew leader
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Physical fitness for demanding outdoor work in all weather
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in team setting
Essential Skills
• Good physical strength, vision, and hearing for safe operations
• Excellent communication skills for crew coordination
• Ability to lift 30-50+ pounds regularly
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Willingness to learn and take direction
Physical Requirements
• Ability to climb, stand, walk, kneel, and stoop for extended periods

• Previous tree trimming or landscaping experience

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
Pay: $160-$185/day based on experience | Schedule: M-F, with occasional weekend emergency work
