Kate Richard is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Warwick Investment Group, with ~$2 billion in managed assets across real assets.

Kate began her career at Goldman Sachs & Co., working in real estate private equity and investment banking in New York, London, and Paris. From 2007 to 2009, she invested in public and private debt and equity for Serengeti Asset Management, a multi-strategy investment fund based in New York. From 2009 to 2012, she invested in public and private investments for for MSD Capital, Michael Dell’s private investment fund in New York.

She has previously served on the Board of Directors of Flotek Industries, Inc. (NYSE: FTK), Imerys, SA (EPA: NK), a Paris-based industrial conglomerate and Abraxas Petroleum Corp (NASD: AXAS). She is a frequent lecturer at the Stanford Graduate School of Business and Harvard Business School and market commentator on CNBC and Bloomberg TV.

Kate is a member of the US Humane Society, World Economic Forum (YGL), Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO), and US Figure Skating. She is a lifetime member of the Harvard College ’04 Executive committee and the Harvard College Fund Associate Committee.

Kate graduated from Harvard College with a degree in History and a focus on post-colonial theory.

Brian Blad is the Chief Accounting Officer of Warwick Energy Group. Before joining Warwick, Blad was the Controller for American Energy Partners. Brian was instrumental in developing and managing the accounting departments for each of AEP’s platform companies. As a Certified Public Accountant, Blad holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration degree from Oklahoma State University.

Ian Rainbolt is the Co-Chief Investment Officer at Warwick Investment Group. Attended Texas McCombs School of Business.

Claire Packer serves as Chief Administrative Officer for Warwick Energy Group. She has held prior roles with Warwick in its Compliance, Accounting, and HR departments, establishing Warwick’s compliance program and overseeing Warwick’s annual audit. Prior to joining Warwick, Ms. Packer was the Director of Strategy and Operations for the Carlos Slim-funded EveryoneOn, where she was responsible for partnership development between major metropolitan areas and independent internet service providers. From 2010 to 2013, Ms. Packer worked with Clean Line Energy, a Houston-based power transmission line developer, most recently as an Associate. At Clean Line Energy, she helped develop the Plains & Eastern Clean Line, a 700 mile interstate transmission line designed to take underutilized power generated from wind farms in the Oklahoma Panhandle to Memphis, Tennessee. Ms. Packer graduated from Harvard College with a degree in History and holds a Masters of Accounting from the College of William & Mary. She is a member of the National Society of Compliance Professionals.
