Key Responsibilities:
IT Operations:
Provide hands-on, on-site technical support for staff and students, including remote troubleshooting and Help Desk (Zendesk) ticket resolution.
Administer and maintain Office 365 and Azure environments including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, MFA, and Defender
Support Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Azure AD user administration, including onboarding/offboarding and access management.
Set up and maintain PCs, Chromebooks, printers, docking stations, classroom AV equipment, and other peripherals.
Perform routine maintenance, updates, backups, and repairs on software, hardware, and network systems.
Diagnose and resolve VOIP and Wi-Fi connectivity issues.
Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to internal knowledge base.
Monitor system performance and security, escalating issues when necessary.
IT Projects:
Improve and streamline administrative processes
Support the rollout of new software and IT infrastructure improvements.
Participate in system upgrades, testing, and configuration activities.
Assist in collecting technical requirements for new tools and ensuring infrastructure compliance.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of hands-on Microsoft 365 Administrator
CompTIA A+, Network+
Experience with supporting/managing/administering AV equipment such as TVs, Smarboards, and ScreenBeem and other meeting/conference equipment.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field with 3+ years of experience; OR associate’s degree with 4+ years; OR 7+ years of direct experience with HS diploma or equivalent.
3-5 years of IT support experience across Windows, mac OS, and peripheral devices
3-5 years of experience in Office 365 environments
Strong working knowledge of Windows Server, basic networking (ports, VLANs), and WIFI troubleshooting.
Preferred Qualifications:

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
Responsible for the planning and implementation of hands-on, project-based after-school and out-of-school STEAM learning that includes instruction, evaluation, community service events, and/or service-learning projects and workshops
Responsible for the implementation and facilitation of education and children and youth development curriculum specifically related to elementary and middle school that includes but is not limited to college preparation, financial literacy, science, technology, engineering, arts and math (STEAM), career exploration, and health and wellness
Plan, lead, and participate in meaningful yearly Éxito Summer Program, assist with setting goals and objectives, and ensure a positive experience for each child and youth
Work with a case manager to maintain a minimum caseload of approximately 120 children and youth participants during the school year and 160 during the summer

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Understand and be committed to the overall philosophy of Family Support
Maintain an appropriate welcoming environment where infants/toddlers are accepted and respected as individuals
Implement daily plans/lessons that are developmentally appropriate for infants/toddlers with input from parents that promote positive parent/child interaction. Also adapt activities for special needs infants/toddlers. Act as a positive role model for parents and children
Be willing and able to do aggressive outreach and recruitment. Assist in building community resources and collaborations
Can work independently and as a team member
Conduct and document daily observations, anecdotes, and assessments of infant/toddlers
Attend case conferences, staff meetings, trainings, and staff development activities. Engage in monthly supervision meetings
Conduct classroom inventory and prepare a list of needed supplies
Assist in the daily serving of snacks/meals. Sit with families to encourage good social interaction while promoting good nutrition
Respect culture and background of families
Maintain open communication and encourage parent involvement. Engage parents in volunteering, community service, and other ways of contributing to program activities and services
Assist children with toileting procedures and perform diaper duties as necessary. Also assist children with brushing teeth and other hygiene matters

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
One-year supervised classroom experience with children age zero through three years required
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
45-hour Child Care Certificate required
90-hour Child Care Certificate required
Infant-Toddler Child Development Associate (CDA) certification required within 90 days after hire
9 hours Communications certification required
Current Infant/toddler CPR, First Aid Certificate required within 90 days after hire
Current Universal Precaution Certificate required
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Pre-employment Early Head Start CJIS criminal background investigation clearance required
Pre-employment physical and tuberculosis screen clearance per Early Head Start guidelines required
SCOPE OF SUPERVISION:
Minimal supervision provided or on an as needed basis. Monthly supervision is conducted by the supervisor as well as monthly team meetings.

Essential Functions:
With supervision, meet with assigned clients in group, individual, joint or family sessions in accordance with established practice standards and expectations including meeting weekly/monthly appointments as recommended and as requested by patient or providers.
Schedule appointments with clients according to program standards.
Complete clinical notes and other documentation requirements within documentation deadlines.
