What You'll Do as a Case Manager
Work alongside members during daily Clubhouse activities and shared responsibilities
Help members identify goals and develop individualized plans
Support employment, education, housing, and social skill development
Train and support members in Transitional Employment (TE) positions
Coordinate benefits, resources, and treatment team communication
Support daily kitchen operations, including meal preparation, serving food, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment
Teach and model food preparation, kitchen safety, and customer service skills to members as part of the Clubhouse work-ordered day
Participate in social and recreational activities on select evenings/weekends
Maintain healthy boundaries while modeling a positive, strengths-based approach
Qualifications
Applicants must obtain their SSW license within 24 months of hire.
Applicants must meet ONE of the following:
Bachelor's degree with Social Service Worker (SSW) license
OR
Bachelor's degree in any field with willingness to pursue SSW licensure
Additional Requirements:
Valid driver's license
Basic understanding of Social Work principles
Familiarity with social welfare policy and human development
Ability to problem-solve and maintain a client-centered approach
Willingness to obtain food handlers permit

What You'll Do as a Residential Nursing Supervisor
Supervise and support nursing staff, including RNs, LPNs, Human Service Workers, and other assigned personnel
Coordinate nursing schedules, shift coverage, staff assignments, and milieu schedules

Accounts Receivable
Perform manual adjustments to receivable accounts as needed
Reconcile all patient and third-party receivable accounts on a monthly basis

What You'll Do as a Peer Support Specialist
Build and maintain therapeutic relationships with clients
Support a recovery-oriented program culture
Engage with clients individually and in group settings
Model healthy coping strategies and personal recovery
Observe, document, and report client progress
Utilize de-escalation techniques when appropriate
Provide both direct and indirect support to promote ongoing recovery
Qualifications
Applicants must meet ONE of the following options:
Option 1:
High school diploma or GED
One year of post-high school education in social work, psychology, or a related field
One year of general work experience
or
Equivalent mix of related education and experience
Option 2:
High school diploma or GED
Self-identified lived experience as:
An individual in recovery from a mental health and/or substance use disorder
or
A parent of a child with a behavioral health disorder
or
An adult with an ongoing supportive relationship with someone experiencing a behavioral health disorder

What You'll Do as an Accountant
Accounts Receivable
Perform manual adjustments to receivable accounts as needed
Reconcile all patient and third-party receivable accounts on a monthly basis
Conduct random audits of patient accounts to ensure accuracy of charges, payments, and adjustments
Prepare trial balance support documentation for contract revenue and contract AR accounts
Input all contract payments and EFT payments into the client billing system
Contract Billing & Reconciliation
Monitor and prepare contract billings and related reports
Maintain up-to-date copies of all contracts, billings, and schedules for audit purposes
Record and code received payments accurately in billing files
Perform general ledger reconciliations and research missing or outstanding payments
Prepare management reports related to billing issues and contract balances
Validate billing system data for accuracy and relevance prior to contract billing
Prepare revenue confirmation letters for financial auditors
Fixed Assets
Maintain capital asset records using accounting software
Assist with the annual fixed asset inventory
Prepare monthly depreciation reports and maintain electronic records
Prepare trial balance support documentation related to fixed assets
Qualifications
Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree in accounting
One (1) year of professional accounting experience, including experience with general ledger functions, reconciliations, and financial reporting
Working knowledge of accounts receivable processes, contract billing, and payment reconciliation
Experience preparing or supporting month-end close activities, including trial balance support and account reconciliations
Proficiency with accounting software systems and billing platforms, as well as Microsoft Excel and other standard office applications
Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyze, validate, and reconcile financial data accurately
Ability to organize, maintain, and audit financial records in accordance with internal controls and audit requirements
Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and support audit requests
Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment

What You'll Do as a Therapist
Provide direct and indirect clinical services, including individual, family, and group therapy
Conduct intake assessments, psychosocial evaluations, and diagnostic interviews
Develop, implement, and manage individualized treatment plans
Maintain a personal caseload and complete required clinical documentation
Participate in family team meetings and assist with discharge and aftercare planning
Coordinate care with parents, courts, state agencies, hospitals, law enforcement, and community partners
Screen and evaluate referrals to ensure appropriate placement and continuity of care
Provide consultation, training, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
Qualifications
Master's degree in social work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy.
Utah licensure as CSW, ACMHC, AMFT, LCSW, CMHC, or LMFT (or the ability to obtain it before starting).
Solid skills in clinical assessment, treatment planning, and providing therapy.
Comfortable working with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a team.
Reliable with documentation and maintaining professional standards.
Committed to ethical practice and ongoing learning.
Spanish speakers may qualify for a wage increase.
