Jarom Johnson CPM® is a Chief Operating Officer at WASATCH PROPERTY MANAGEMENT and Controller/Director of Acquisitions & Dispositions at Wasatch Premier Communities and is based in Logan, Utah. He has worked as Team Leader at Convergys and Financial Manager at WASATCH PROPERTY MANAGEMENT. Jarom attended Harvard Business School between 2016 and 2016, UTAH STATE UNIVERSITY between 2005 and 2008, and Box Elder High School.

Kainoa’s extensive professional background includes a diverse portfolio of leadership and management within industry-leading start-ups and established companies. His unique experience gives him a competitive advantage in the areas of strategy, content, online and offline marketing. Throughout his career, he has developed a keen understanding of all areas of marketing on both a strategic and execution level. He has a passion for developing teams and individuals to deliver results. His focus and expertise with online and offline strategies have delivered award-winning campaigns and significant brand growth. He has served on the Executive Management team as VP of Marketing at Borboleta Beauty. At Borboleta he worked to create a collaborative marketing approach creating exponential growth for the brand year over year and elevating the brand to the most premium and sought after beauty brands. Kainoa guided Wendia International’s marketing, public relations and executive relationships as VP of Global Marketing. His efforts have been featured in Forbes and he engages with the professional community through speaking, panels and presentations. He works with high profile celebrities and influencers in partnerships and campaign collaborations as well as developing effective consumer-generated content strategies and programs that build communities. Under his leadership, he ushered in the largest growth period for ZEFR's Influencer division and lead the Influencer Brand Strategy for ZEFR, where he worked with the TOP 100 brands to develop influencer and celebrity marketing for global campaigns. At Orabrush, Inc. he lead Orabrush brands and others in the digital marketing and brand building space, recognized as industry leaders and used by Google as top-of-class case studies and eventually helping to lead it's brand acquisitions. In 2015, Kainoa was recognized as one of Utah's 20 in their 20's for Business Leadership. He served as a consultant and VP of Marketing for RBL, the world's premier leadership development company and his entrepreneurial spirit has led him to advise brands and companies including Pura, Thread Wallets, University Impact Fund and others. His volunteer experience includes VP of the Utah Valley Kennel Club, an American Kennel Club judge and as a judge for the Utah Entrepreneur Series and the Miss America Organization.
