What You'll Be Doing Lead and manage the Security Operations and Incident Response team, ensuring effective monitoring, investigation, and resolution of security alerts and incidents. Collaborate with IT, Security Architecture, and Business teams to align response strategies and improve organizational resilience. Oversee the development of incident and metric reporting to improve visibility, accountability, and executive communication. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by mentoring team members and developing their technical and analytical skillsets. Lead readiness activities such as tabletop exercises, playbook reviews, and cross-functional coordination to ensure preparedness. What You'll Need to Succeed Requirements US citizenship Batchlor Degree Leadership experience - managing a team and talent development. 8+ years experience with incident response, monitoring and responding to alerts and dealing with all things cyber security & response. Proven leadership experience in Security Operations and Incident Response, with a strong background in managing technical teams. Extensive hands-on expertise with modern cybersecurity tools including EDR, SIEM, firewalls, WAF, identity platforms, and cloud security. HIRING SALARY RANGE: $112,000 - 150,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.)
