Essential Functions:
Manage and direct the accounting department, specifically providing direct feedback and support for the following positions:
Senior Accounting Manager- PACE
Senior Accounting Manager- Healthcare
Accounting Manager
Manage and direct the accounting function for Volunteers of America National Services and its subordinate corporations (" VOANS"), which includes the following lines of business:
Skilled nursing facilities
Assisted and independent living facilities
Home health agencies
PACE programs
Senior nutrition program
Housing and healthcare real estate development
Corporate entities, including a Foundation
Oversee the preparation of monthly financial statements and supporting working papers to include:
Provide oversight and leadership in the compilation of the monthly financial statements for VOANS inn accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles ("GAAP")
All asset, liability, and net assets accounts
Select income and expense accounts
Ratio analyses
Additional analyses of significant estimates (ex: allowance for credit losses, PACE IBNR reserves)
Research and document applicable accounting principles and standards
Work collaboratively with the Vice President- Finance and Administration and the Director of Healthcare Finance in managing and directing the following VOANS business Cycles:
Financial Reporting Cycle
Budget Cycle
Cash Management / Treasury Cycle
Provide support on financial and accounting matters to our clients to include:
The accurate interpretation of financial information
Timely responses to requests for assistance
Provide departmental assistance with questions relating to payroll, budget to actual reports, and general ledger
Provide support on business office process to include:
Establish and maintain policies and procedures for business office functions
Training and on-going support for the Accounts Payable, Payroll, Cash Management and Resident Trust functions of the facility business offices
Routine compliance audits of business office functions
Interim staff coverage for vacancies in business office staff positions
Support the Director of Healthcare Finance regarding operational and outside party financial reporting requirements:
Assist with the monthly financial reporting for VOANS to the Executive Management team
Manage and direct the monthly reporting to the Area Agency on Aging for the Senior Nutrition program
Monitor regulatory changes in reporting requirements
Assist with the financial reporting requirements of outside parties, to include government agencies, banks, bond holders and other lending agencies, grantees, and other agencies as required
Assist with monitoring and testing VOANS compliance with any financial covenants on at least a quarterly basis
Assist with the annual financial audit, including work paper and support documentation, research accounting reporting requirements, preparation of fourteen (14) audit reports, including required disclosures
Assist with the annual Form 990 preparation and filing for the > 20 healthcare corporations
Prepare additional financial reports as required by management, creditor(s) or other outside sources
Other Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee preparation of annual cost reports
Manage and oversee preparation of annual PACE Part D bids
Maintain surety bonds for resident trust and unemployment accounts
Maintain appropriate user access for general ledger software
Maintain Square software and access for three (3) programs
Complete required routine and ad hoc governmental surveys
Work collaboratively with the Payroll Manager to maintain unemployment accounts and ensure timely payment of reimbursable charges
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related business field
Ten (10) years' minimum experience in accounting field, of which five (5) years is in healthcare accounting, with five (5) in a management capacity
CPA is desired

Job Duties
• The Inpatient Clinical Documentation Integrity (ICDI) Specialist is accountable for reviewing patient medical records in the inpatient and outpatient settings to capture an accurate representation of the severity of illness and facilitate proper coding.
• Validates coding reflects the medical necessity of services and facilitates appropriate coding, which provides an accurate reflection and reporting of the severity of the patient's illness, along with the expected risk of mortality and complexity of care.
• Documentation of discharge diagnoses and co-morbidities is a complete reflection of the patient's clinical status and care.
• Utilizes advanced knowledge of disease processes (pathophysiology) and medications, and has critical thinking skills to analyze current documentation to identify gaps. Identifies opportunities in concurrent and retrospective inpatient clinical medical documentation to support quality and effective coding.
• Understands and applies regulatory compliance related to documentation, coding, and billing for all health insurance plans.
• Facilitates appropriate modifications to documentation through extensive interactions and collaboration with physicians, coding, case management, nursing, and other caregivers.
• Serves as an effective change agent as an educator and resource for physicians and allied health staff to improve the quality and completeness of clinical documentation.
• Performs all duties and responsibilities in accordance with ethical and legal business procedures, compliant with federal and state statutes and regulations, official coding rules, guidelines, and accepted standards of coding practice, including appropriate clinical documentation policies.
Education:
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT), Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA), Registered Nurse (RN), Registered Respiratory Therapist, Certified Coding Specialist (CCS), Certified Coding Specialist-Physician-based (CCS-P), or an International or Domestic Medical Degree is also required.

Skills and Experience:

**The Role**
Black Lotus Labs is seeking a Threat Researcher on the Research & Analysis team. This team leverages Lumen's global visibility of one of the world's largest and most interconnected IP backbones and a petabyte-scale compute cluster to perform cutting edge threat research, hunting and tracking advanced persistent threat actors (APTs) and emerging criminal activity as the threat actors traverse the internet. They empower customers to stay ahead of the evolving threat landscape, through contributions to customer facing tools and services.
We are looking for an innovative threat researcher who can apply large-scale data analysis and automation to help our analysts and threat hunters detect and track threats in our telemetry, increasing their effectiveness and driving insights for customers. Your work will combine threat research, software development and detection engineering to protect Lumen customers. This is a fully remote position.
**The Main Responsibilities**
+ Serve as Threat Research Subject Matter Expert, offering guidance and support to the Black Lotus Labs team on threat hunting activities, such as identifying knowledge gaps, troubleshooting technical challenges, developing solutions, and mentoring team members in overcoming obstacles. Set priorities for what threats and telemetry to analyze to maximize team's impact.
+ Spearhead threat research across technical data sets, fusing Black Lotus Labs telemetry with third party data sets, to automate detection of the latest threat attacker tools, techniques and procedures (TTPs) with a goal of automating detection.
+ Scale analysis of evolving threats and automate detection of emerging threat actor activity. Partner across Lumen to deliver end-to-end solutions to our products and services.
+ Serve as the SME on threat intelligence and threat visibility capabilities to drive Lumen Security product innovation and enhancements. RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure that grant proposals include MADD's program directives.
Manage the implementation and logistics of adult drunk driving prevention and underage drinking prevention programs through the design and facilitation of training programs at the State and Local level.
Organize and host orientation meetings, evaluation meetings, facilitator training and facilitation of parent workshops and student presentations.
Source and recruit volunteers, as needed, for applicable programs.
Provide training, guidance, support and motivation to volunteers and staff by conducting training meetings, telephone coaching and on-site assistance.
Maintain tracking and data collection of programs and/or grant results, financial reports, and the progress for evaluation and improvement. Identify areas that are not fully utilizing the resources available and ensure assistance is provided in a timely manner.
Participate in the implementation of National program evaluation measures.
If applicable - Support organizational fundraising efforts by meeting assigned revenue goals, conducting prospect research for potential partners, soliciting financial or in-kind contributions, and assisting with the planning and execution of fundraising/special events.

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in related field such as Human Services or equivalent experience.
One to two years' experience in work with the implementation of community awareness, education, partnership and youth programs specifically related to community health. Previous experience working with programs or grant administration helpful.

Travel and flexible hours are required.

Complete a thorough intake process with each client to determine appropriate services and referrals.
Provide follow up and short-term case management with clients to identify goals related to their financial and housing stability (i.e. budgeting tool, employment resources, debt management, help with accessing public assistance programs, etc.).
Provide appropriate service coordination in response to intake and goals, either through connecting to services within 360 Communities or through a referral basis to outside programs and agencies.
Follow all funding requirements and guidelines to ensure stewardship of funds made available to 360 Communities clients.
Ensure seamless communication with other agency programs (Violence Prevention services, Partners for Success , etc.) regarding families accessing services through 360 Communities Housing Support Services, to ensure holistic services to children, families and individuals.
Identify service barriers and work to remove them through engagement of the community and linking to formal and informal supports.
Follow mandated reporting laws for child abuse and neglect.
Maintain safety and security by following all safety and security procedures and communicate appropriately.

What You'll Do:
Manage FMSC's occupational and food safety and quality assurance programs. Promote awareness, enforce compliance, and manage safety budget. Collaborate with the VP of Supply Chain on setting annual safety strategy, goals, and objectives.
Lead and ensure adherence to occupational safety and food safety/quality standards in all manufacturing environments - packing sites, machine packing, mobile events, and warehouses.
Oversee food safety, quality assurance, and occupational safety legal and regulatory compliance, along with policy and procedure development and maintenance. Enforce adherence to occupational safety and food safety/quality standards in all manufacturing environments - packing sites, machine packing, mobile events, and warehouses.
Lead the development and facilitation of safety training content and materials. Oversee facility security and disaster response planning.
Direct and administer the development, evaluation, implementation, and maintenance of FMSC's technical documents. Lead annual reviews of process and procedure documentation governing workplace safety, food safety, food quality, supply chain, and manufacturing operations. Compose and audit documentation.
Investigate workplace incidents, and ensure proper reporting, investigation process, and resolution. Track incidents, identify trends, follow-up with appropriate corrective actions. Research and recommend hazard mitigation solutions. Maintain incident reporting system and workflows.
Develop, maintain, and oversee FMSC's workers' compensation program. Oversee the accident reporting process, review of claim information, communication with staff and the insurance provider, collection and interpretation of accommodation requests, partner with managers and HR on return-to-work strategy and implementation, and ensure all claims are effectively processed.
Oversee occupational safety audits. Identify hazards and enforce OSHA compliance at permanent packing sites, machine packing site and MobilePack™ manufacturing events. Review weekly and monthly audits. Ensure corrective action items are completed in a timely manner. Assist with food safety and quality audits.
Direct, develop and manage performance of direct reports. Hire, train, and supervise the team. Communicate information, facilitate meetings, assess personnel needs and foster teamwork.
Lead annual Job Hazard Analysis, Emergency Action Plan, Emergency Response Procedure, SDS Review, and goal setting process with sites, MobilePack™ and machine packing.
Liaise with regulatory agencies and external safety consultants.
Lead the Management Safety Committee and support the Site Manufacturing Compliance team.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Your Qualifications:
