The Position The Elections Administrative Specialist II (ASII) serves as the first point of contact for in-person customer inquiries, providing courteous and knowledgeable assistance to the public regarding voter registration, election processes, and general voting information. This role requires extensive use of elections software and the implementation of detailed procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance. Team members are expected to exercise independent judgment in both content and presentation, and they maintain frequent public contact to explain policies, procedures, and election-related services in a clear and professional manner. Key responsibilities include, but not limited to, preparing and processing ballot requests and mailings, performing data entry, and supporting candidates and campaign representatives with filing requirements.
