Pros of working at Washington, D.C.

I am partial to the work force including co workers and management staff. The organization is up and coming in tax collection industry and should be a model to pattern other business in the industry for maximum success.

I think the organization can improve performance with internal personnel promotions and increased benefits for current employee to realize personal growth and success.
