Notifies physicians of pending records that need completion in a timely manner, identifying those physicians who will be suspended and notifying the appropriate hospital personnel/departments of physician suspensions.

Facilitates correction of identified errors in the medical record.
Collects, enters and reports accurate and complete statistical data as needed or assigned.
