Diversity and inclusion rate at the top of the organizations demands. The ability to have minority leadership shows i can also be in a higher position.

Demanding hours. The hours on call were interfering with my family time on weekends. I would often times be on vacation and get calls to assist with certain tasks.

Flexibility is at the top of the list for me. With the option to work remote and build was a great perk.
