The Washington Nationals Baseball Operations Department is seeking a highly organized, dependable, and service-oriented Executive Assistant to support the President of Baseball Operations and broader Baseball Operations leadership. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Executive Support
Provide direct administrative support to the President of Baseball Operations and other members of the senior Baseball Operations leadership group, including calendar management, travel coordination, and expense reporting.
Prepare meeting materials and agendas with limited oversight, as needed. Anticipate needs in advance and attend meetings as requested, in a support/documentation role.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
Be a consistent, dependable presence who brings energy and optimism to the office.
Office Management
Manage day-to-day office operations including kitchen and supply management and workspace organization, and budgeting tasks related thereto.
Serve as a central resource for staff support, working cross-functionally to address internal requests and ensure they're directed to the appropriate departments.
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for Baseball Operations staff, interns, and consultants, ensuring a welcoming and respectful environment for all.
Meeting and Event Coordination
Coordinate and schedule interviews for Baseball Operations candidates, including managing calendar invites, hospitality arrangements, and logistical support.
Organize and manage the execution and budgeting of team-building events such as department events and seasonal gatherings, contributing to a culture of connection and shared purpose.
Manage and execute logistics relating to planning for major baseball events such as Spring Training, Trade Deadline, Amateur Draft, Winter Meetings, and other organizational meetings.
Administrative Operations
Proactively identify ways to improve workflows, solve problems, and support the team - adding value without regular direction or oversight.
Maintain and organize confidential files, documents, and databases.
Assist with ad hoc projects and other duties as assigned, with humility and a service-first approach.
Requirements:
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
At least 2 years prior experience as an executive assistant to C-level executives.
Experience working in baseball or professional sports is preferred, but not required. Experience in other private or public sector jobs (e.g. politics, government, management consulting, banking, technology, and/or startups) with fast-paced environments requiring strong organizational and communication skills is also helpful.
Authorized to work in the United States.

Physical/Environmental Requirements
Office: Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, per the baseball calendar. Primarily office-based at Nationals Park; occasional site visits, offsite meetings and travel to Florida Spring Training facility required.
Must be able to lift/move up to 25lbs. and work in varied environmental conditions as needed.
Compensation:
The projected annual salary range for this position is $60,000 to $70,000 per year. Actual pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to the applicant's: qualifications, skills, expertise, education/training, certifications, and other organization requirements. Starting salaries for new employees are frequently not at the top of the applicable salary range.

Plan, organize, and oversee activity of the paint shop.

SPO Supervisors will lead one of the three shifts of SPO's and be responsible to direct activities and ensure completion of tasks associated with the shift are completed in a professional and timely fashion.

Plan assignments and direct work; appraise performance; reward and discipline employees' addressing complaints and resolving issues in conjunction with the Security Manager; develop individual and shift goals and objectives.
Properly train, develop, evaluate and inspect subordinate Special Police Officers on all aspects of their Post Assignment and expected duties. Provide reinforcement training as needed and required to ensure established standards are received and understood.
Provides direct interaction with all Special Police Officers charged in their care and, also on the shift, ensures policy and procedure compliance, uniform and appearance standards, and operational responsibilities are all completed to the organizations expectation.
Take immediate corrective action in a professional manner when discrepancies are observed. Corrective action will be properly documented and reported to the Manager and/or Director of Security.
Conduct Roll Call activities to include reading all pertinent Shift Reports, Brief Sheets, Pass-Down Information, Staffing Schedules and any other information regarding the proper execution of duties required. SPO Supervisors will perform these duties and requirements to standard and as appropriate, communicate any challenges, issues, or obstacles to task completion to the Manager of Security.
Inspect all shift related/required support items for accountability, serviceability and appropriateness for use in the performance of required duties. Document and report all discrepancies, issues, or concerns to the Manager of Security in a timely manner.
Conduct all required Post Checks, perform post compliance evaluations, make any necessary corrections, and document all requirements as outlined by policy and procedures.

The YBA Classroom Coordinator should be well-versed in youth development and the importance of growing social and emotional skills. Lastly, the YBA Classroom Coordinator must have the ability to manage behavioral challenges posed by Scholar Athletes through mediation and restorative practices.
During the school year, the YBA Classroom Coordinator is expected to be at the Academy for planning meetings and after-school programming on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays during the hours of 1:00pm to 7:30pm. During the summer months when schools are out of session, the YBA Classroom Coordinator is expected to be at our full day program, Monday through Friday, during the hours of 8:00am to 4:00pm. This position will also be expected to attend field trips, a variety of evening and weekend activities, as well as mandatory training and professional development programs provided by the Academy.

Position Summary
The Major League Nutritionist will serve as the architect of the Nationals' nutritional strategy at the Major League level. This individual will ensure that all players and staff have access to world-class nutrition resources that optimize performance, recovery, and health. The role includes developing individualized nutrition plans, coordinating daily fueling and hydration logistics, and aligning nutrition objectives with the goals of other departments, including Coaching, Strength & Conditioning, Player Development, and Medical.

Primary Responsibilities
Alongside key stakeholders, lead the development of a world-class nutrition infrastructure, including:

Manage inventory and budget for nutritional supplies, ensuring efficient use of resources while maintaining elite standards.
Collaborate with Minor League Nutrition and Performance staff to ensure consistency in nutrition philosophy and transition plans for developing players.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in nutrition, Dietetics, Exercise Science, or related field (Master's preferred).
Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential required; CSSD certification preferred.
Servsafe certification and ISAK certification preferred or interest in obtaining
Minimum 3 years of experience in elite athletics, preferably MLB or professional sport setting.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
Ability to communicate in Spanish preferred.
Proven ability to manage travel schedules, vendor relationships, and operational logistics.

Skilled tradesperson with a sharply focused skillset in the areas of high (13.2 kV), medium (4.1 kV) and low (480-120 V) voltage electrical distribution systems, emergency generators & switchgear with a deep understanding and experience in the field of new installation and maintenance of critical building systems in accordance with applicable codes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Access CMMS to review & complete work orders.
Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, shop drawings, schematic manufacturer's specifications and other reference materials to determine appropriate job requirements and procedures.
Use variety of manual and power tools to support projects.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as required in team-oriented, can-do environment.
Support baseball games and baseball related events before, during and post-game.
Support non-baseball events including but not limited to concerts, meetings, weddings and large gatherings.
Accurately maintain records of labor time, parts used, and work accomplished.
Complete, in a timely manner, required administrative paperwork and recordkeeping.
Operate equipment used in the maintenance of convention and arena facilities such as forklifts, high lifts, scissor lifts, and other maintenance equipment.
Set up equipment and tools for safe operation at job site.
Assist in maintenance and repair of systems and equipment including HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire suppression, boilers and associated equipment. as well as general maintenance and upkeep activities.
Oversee and provide direction to contractors and or other labor providers.
Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
Responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of all electrical systems and equipment.
Ensure electrical repairs and or construction work is completed in accordance with applicable regulatory codes & standards.
Perform duties and responsibilities with view toward department goals and resource conservation.
Establish and maintain cooperative- working relationships with those contacted in the course of work.
Working knowledge of PC based computer applications.
Determine root causes of electrical failures and develop sound mitigation strategies.
Support maintenance strategies to support maximum uptime operation.
Responsible for conducting tests and inspections of equipment and services for the purpose of evaluating the performance of electrical equipment and systems.
Support temporary “event” service requirements ensuring compliance with applicable safety and regulatory codes.
Support 3rd party tenants and rental spaces within the ballpark.
Minimum Education, Experience & Transportation Requirements
REQUIRED: Possession of a journeyman electrician's license and four + years of applicable experience.
High school diploma or equivalent GED, or equivalent military experience.
Working knowledge of PC based lighting applications.
Direct experience working with high and medium voltage switchgear systems.
Direct experience in emergency power generation systems (Generator & ATS systems).
Valid driver's license.
Ability to respond to worksite within 90 min in the event of an emergency.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities necessary to perform essential functions
Understand the various electrical systems throughout the ballpark.
Read and understand building blueprints / files and schematics.
Knowledge of standard work practices and methods, OSHA safety standards, fire and building codes, Nationals policies and procedures, and hazardous material handling.
Ability to work safely & effectively under pressure in meeting deadlines.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Ability to understand and apply principles to solve practical problems.
Calculate fractions, decimals, and percentages.
Ability to effectively communicate via electronic means (e.g., handheld radio, cell phone, email and or text).
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff, contractors and facility users.
Ability and eagerness to work in a team-oriented maintenance department where daily work activities will include tasks both within and outside of specific trade disciplines.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, days, evenings, overnight, weekends, holidays, extended workdays and extended number of consecutive days.
Physical/Environmental Requirements
Worker will be subject to inside and outside environmental conditions, extreme heat, extreme cold, noise, hazards and atmospheric conditions (fumes, odor, dust, mists, gases or poor ventilation).
Job at times may require employee to function in a high activity and heavily crowded outdoor professional sports venue. May work at heights.
Requires an employee to perform strenuous tasks requiring strength, coordination, and balance.
Requires an employee to lift and move objects that weigh up to 50 lbs.
Must be physically able to operate a variety of machinery and equipment.
Requires an employee to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb (ladders, stairs scaffolding, ramps, etc.), reach, walk, or stand for extended periods.
Requires walking / standing of >3 hours per day.
Compensation:
The projected annual salary range for this position is $25.42-$37/hour. Actual pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to the applicant's: qualifications, skills, expertise, education/training, certifications, and other organization requirements. Starting salaries for new employees are frequently not at the top of the applicable salary range.

Summary:
The Washington Nationals are seeking a junior web developer to join our Baseball Research & Development team. We are looking for candidates who are both passionate about building web applications and enthusiastic about the opportunity to work on software that has a significant impact within a baseball organization.
The junior web developer will contribute to our internal web application used by the entire baseball organization. Some key features of the site include player pages, video, data visualizations, custom reports, and other tools. Our web application helps inform player acquisition decisions and player development processes by surfacing information to front office decision makers, coaches, acquisition specialists, and players.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Collaborate with senior developers to design, develop, and deploy new features for our internal web application
Develop responsive frontend interfaces using a combination of Vue + Tailwind, or standard HTML + CSS + JavaScript
Translate mockups and requirements provided by stakeholders into functional user interfaces
Participate in the code review process to ensure code quality and share knowledge
Troubleshoot and resolve bugs or performance issues
Requirements:
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, information science, or related experiences
1+ year of full-time web development experience
