As President, Chief Executive Officer and a Principal of Conifer Realty, LLC, Tim Fournier leads a team of over 700 employees in the development, construction and management of high-quality, affordable housing. Overseeing 250+ apartment communities, representing 14,000 apartment units, throughout five Mid-Atlantic States, Mr. Fournier is an expert in the affordable housing market.

Rob shares overall leadership for the firm with his brother and Co-CEO, Mike Lowe. Rob focuses on operations both at the corporate level and across its real estate activities. He serves as co-Chairman of Lowe’s wholly-owned hospitality affiliate, CoralTree Hospitality, Group. He is an active member of Urban Land Institute, an Advisory Board Member of the UCLA Ziman Center for Real Estate, a member of the Stanford Professionals in Real Estate, Vice Chairman of the YPO hospitality network, past Trustee and President of the Palisades Presbyterian Church, and on the Board of Managers at the Palisades-Malibu YMCA.
