We are seeking a collaborative, detail-oriented Senior Project Manager, Clinical Systems & Integrations, to support efficient clinical and operational workflows. This role is responsible for organizing cross-functional teams, leveraging existing processes, systems, and technologies. In addition, this position leads ongoing Epic project management and optimization efforts to support efficient clinical and operational workflows. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in ambulatory and clinical operations, new site or service line implementations, and a proven ability to manage complex, multi-disciplinary projects across the organization. Key Responsibilities Integration Planning & Execution Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define integration requirements and develop comprehensive project plans for new clinic and service line implementations. Lead the integration of systems and technologies, ensuring alignment with organizational standards, objectives, and contractual commitments. Partner closely with marketing, IT, clinical/medical, finance, HR, compliance/legal, operations, and administrative teams to ensure all project tasks and deliverables are completed on time. Lead Epic project workgroups, new site and service line implementation meetings, and related multidisciplinary project meetings to meet established deadlines. Performance Evaluation & Reporting Utilize data and analytics to assess the effectiveness of new service line implementations and strategic initiatives, providing actionable insights to support expansion efforts. Establish and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and project management tools to ensure consistent communication, reporting, and milestone tracking. Prepare clear and concise reports and presentations highlighting project progress, outcomes, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project status, milestones, and strategic impact to ensure transparency and accountability. Project Management & Optimization Coordinate project tasks across stakeholders, proactively identifying risks and developing mitigation and contingency plans to prevent delays. Facilitate post-go-live wrap-up and lessons-learned sessions; update project templates, tools, and resources accordingly. Leverage prior CRM experience to implement and maintain a robust customer relationship management platform that supports enterprise-wide visibility and reporting. Train internal teams on project management tools and best practices to support scalability and consistency across new site acquisitions, mergers, and service line initiatives. Provide project management support for additional enterprise initiatives as needed. Targeted candidates must have at least 3 years of project management experience in a healthcare setting and hold a Bachelor's degree in a related field. A PMP certification and/or a Master's degree are strongly preferred.
