Implement life cycle cost analysis to guide long-term facility planning. Strategic Facility Management: Develop and implement long-term strategic plans for facility management, including sustainability initiatives, space optimization, and operational efficiency. Ensure all facilities comply with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as industry standards. Proactively leverage warranties to extend life of assets. Develop annual refurbishment calendar. Participate in Park Quality Index walks to regularly assess condition of our assets. Team Leadership and Collaboration: Lead and manage the facilities asset management team, ensuring high levels of performance and professional development. Serve as a subject matter expert on facility-related issues, providing guidance and support to other departments as needed.
