The Master Data Analyst will manage data integrations across various platforms while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company standards. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of contracts, customer and supplier data management, and data provisioning to internal systems. This role requires analytical expertise, strong attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across multiple departments to ensure seamless data flow and integrity. Key Responsibilities: * Manage Data Integrations: Oversee and maintain integrations between various platforms, ensuring data is accurately and efficiently shared across systems. * Customer and Supplier Data Management: Maintain and improve customer and supplier data quality, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal policies and external regulations. * Contract Data Analysis: Review and extract key information from contracts to ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies. NAL has an annual operating budget of approximately $2.4million, a staff of 10-15 full time employees, various contractors and 3-5 behavioral health intern/externs. Our program is part of a network of 41 Urban Indian Health Organizations nationally and a member of the National Council of Urban Indian Health. NAL's substance use & mental health outpatient treatment program is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF). POSITION SUMMARY The Community Health Advocate is a frontline public health worker that is responsible for building trusting and sustainable relationships with community members that result in increased access to health care. This position will work closely with staff and leadership to advance direct care initiatives by providing care coordination and connection to resources and programs that support Health Promotion and Disease Prevention efforts. The CHA will serve as a liaison or intermediary between health/social services and the community to facilitate access to services and improve the quality and cultural competence of service delivery. Design skills are not mandatory, but a valued asset. Maintain an open-minded mentality, allowing thorough exploration of all ideas and thought-starters Must be comfortable working as an integral part of a team environment Highly motivated and approaches each task with a can-do attitude Ability to put out small "fires", with an understanding of when to escalate Focused and strong-minded with an ambition to help grow the company Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload while coordinating with others to proactively meet deadlines Thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a ‘can-do' attitude at all times Ability to identify trends and creative inspiration to position the company as a thought leader Ability to operate ‘in the gray' - figuring out process, structure and solutions that aren't always exactly defined Project management and key stakeholder management Base salary range: $75K - $90K depending on experience, plus bonus potential if applicable for role. Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to; market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the company (for current employees), etc. The salary range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
