The Clinical Learning & Development Specialist serves as a staff development coordinator/clinical educator in long-term care settings. The work is diverse, meaningful and provides an opportunity to directly impact care delivery through education and training. In addition to serving as a clinical educator, the individual in this position will serve as a CNA Program instructor conducting skills labs and clinical experiences. The team is dynamic, innovative and supportive with a strong sense of collaboration and service delivery.

Job Summary
Responsible for assessing, planning, coordinating, teaching, and/or evaluating education and training programs within designated assigned areas/locations while providing leadership and coordination for nursing and inter-professional initiatives and projects. Serve as a member of the Leadership Education and Development (LEAD) team, part of a centralized education model. Collaborate with leaders, clinical staff and Sanford operations to identify strategies to educate, mentor and coach staff to enhance their professional development and ability to perform at the top of their scope of practice. Assess, plan, coordinate, teach and/or evaluate nursing education and training within assigned area/location(s). Develop alternative methodologies for education based on adult learning principles. Qualifications
Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program required, including, but not limited to, Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), and National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA). Bachelor's degree in nursing required.
A minimum of one year of hands-on clinical experience required based on licensure. Demonstrated involvement in clinical process improvement initiatives or education activities preferred.
Compact (NLC) state. Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications. Basic Life Support (BLS) for health care providers within the first 60 days employment.
Professional nursing certification in specialty area is encouraged when eligible.

General Purpose:

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
Welcome members to the Branch and guide them to the ITMs when appropriate. Provide education for using the ITMs.
Responsible for performing teller transactions, when appropriate, to include but not limited to change orders and business deposits.
Perform member service tasks on a daily basis to include but not limited to: opening new consumer memberships, new youth memberships, maintenance of all account types, credit card applications, assisting members with online banking support, instant issue and member select PIN requests, quick draw loans, wire transfers, notaries, ordering checks, address and phone number updates, opening certificates and sub share accounts, changing account types, funding both personal and auto loans, and closing memberships.
Responsible for providing information and taking applications for a variety of consumer loans including auto and recreational vehicle loans, personal loans, credit cards, and secured loans following Credit Union procedures and policies. Follow-up and maintain pending loan queue. Maintain loan information and follow-up documentation. Assist members with loan payment issues.
Remain current on changes within the legal, regulatory, economic, competitive, and technology environments that may affect the Teller, Member Services, and Lending functions.
Responsible for obtaining clear title to collateral and dealing knowledgably with all title and CPI issues. Assist members with CPI issues.
Educate and inform members of all BHFCU products and services, and cross-sell when applicable, using the ENGAGE model. Make referrals when appropriate.
Performance expectations to meet appropriate production goals.
Other Duties/Responsibilities:
Maintain account accuracy by working various reports, workflows, and projects as requested.
When applicable, request members to bring accounts positive and to maintain minimum balance requirements. Request members make payments on delinquent loans or over-the-limit-credit card balances.

SUMMARY
The Teller I will be responsible for daily teller transactions in both the lobby and drive-up locations of the branch. This position is also responsible for the delivery of outstanding customer service and for developing and maintaining client relationships by recognizing referral opportunities for additional Retail products and other lines of business. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides customer account services to customers by receiving deposits and loan payments, cashing checks, issuing savings withdrawals, recording night and mail deposits, and selling cashier's checks, traveler's checks and savings bonds.
Answers customer's questions in person and/or on the telephone.
Records customer account transactions by logging cashier checks, traveler's checks, and other special services; preparing currency transaction reports.
Cross-sells bank products by answering inquiries; informing customers of new services and product promotions; ascertaining customer needs; directing customers to a branch representative.

**Job Summary**
The Food Service Assistant is responsible for certain duties including, but not limited to, monitoring and recording proper temperature of food, setting up and maintaining a clean and sanitized serving area, preparing and serving food items, restocking food areas, cleaning and sanitizing equipment, receiving payment for food and beverages using a computerized register and other related responsibilities. **Qualifications**
High school graduate or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred, but not required.

Required Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification with the State Board of Nursing, or state certified CNA within four months of date into the position by being enrolled in a training program or in the process of obtaining certification through Endorsement. CNA training and certification required and provided by facility.
Satisfactorily completes yearly department specific competency testing and maintains a record of continuing education credits for each year. A minimum of 12 hours continuing education are required annually. Maintains all department specific required certifications.
When applicable, for applicable states, certified and registered with the Unlicensed Assistive Person (UAP) Registry.
Dependent on facility and required responsibilities, this role may classify as a Sanford Category II Driver requiring a motor
vehicle report and proof of valid driver's license. Also must be medically qualified to perform the essential driving functions of
this position as per our Sanford Driving Policy per the leaders request.

Driving Duties:

Maintain accurate delivery logs including mileage, fuel usage, and load documentation.

Operate and monitor grain elevator machinery and equipment.
Weigh and grade grain samples for quality and moisture content.

Qualifications:

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides professional nursing care for residents of all ages in long term care, under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician. Demonstrates knowledge of nursing principles for the resident in the relevant clinical setting. Demonstrates competency and practices within the full scope of nursing expertise/knowledge and utilizes appropriate age and population specific standards related to the physical and psychosocial needs of the resident as per care plan. Possess the ability to perform testing to evaluate data reflective of the resident's status and to provide the care needed. Demonstrates ability to recognize problems, recommend solutions and respond effectively to assist in an emergent situation.
Ensures the health, comfort and safety of residents. Contributes to the assessment of residents and administers medications or treatments as ordered. Provides technical support to healthcare professionals as needed. Documents resident interactions as needed and the outcomes related to resident care, medication, behavior, activity, and dietary. Skilled in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with resident, health care providers, and the public. Ability to work effectively with professional and supportive personnel as a member of an interdisciplinary care team. Ability to communicate clearly and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Counsels residents, family members and/or resident advocate, under the direction of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider or physician on prevention and treatment plans. Knowledge of resident education principles to develop a self-care program. Performs other related duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**
Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse. Associate degree in practical nursing is preferred.
If position requires IV therapy/management skills, the following is required in North Dakota: graduation from a Board approved AASPN program where IV therapy is part of the curriculum or completion of an IV Therapy course approved by the North Dakota Board of Nursing.
Must have attended a pre-licensure nursing program that included supervised clinical experience across the life span as part of the curriculum or have had a minimum of 400 hours of experience as LPN at another facility. Specific services/positions may have additional education, training or experience requirements.
Currently holds an unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with State Nursing board and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges. Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications. Completes required annual continuing education units (CEU) and competency training requirements of the department and facility.

Job Summary
The Nursing Assistant (NA) serves as caregiver to the resident during the scheduled work period in long term care. Communicates resident's changing condition and care related concerns/responses to the charge nurse. Collects non-invasive body fluid specimens and gathers vital signs. Provides housekeeping and laundry services to assist residents with keeping living areas clean and operational. Provides assistance and documentation with wellness and recreational programs and encourages residents to participate. May participate in departmental/organization committees and task forces as needed.
Qualifications
High school graduate or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred, but not required.
Minimum age of 16. Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred.
Required Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification with the State Board of Nursing, or state certified CNA within four months of date into the position by being enrolled in a training program or in the process of obtaining certification through Endorsement. CNA training and certification required and provided by facility.
Satisfactorily completes yearly department specific competency testing and maintains a record of continuing education credits for each year. A minimum of 12 hours continuing education are required annually. Maintains all department specific required certifications.
When applicable, for applicable states, certified and registered with the Unlicensed Assistive Person (UAP) Registry.
Dependent on facility and required responsibilities, this role may classify as a Sanford Category II Driver requiring a motor
vehicle report and proof of valid driver's license. Also must be medically qualified to perform the essential driving functions of
this position as per our Sanford Driving Policy per the leaders request.

SUMMARY
The Teller I will be responsible for daily teller transactions in both the lobby and drive-up locations of the branch. This position is also responsible for the delivery of outstanding customer service and for developing and maintaining client relationships by recognizing referral opportunities for additional Retail products and other lines of business. This is an entry level position.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides customer account services to customers by receiving deposits and loan payments, cashing checks, issuing savings withdrawals, recording night and mail deposits, and selling cashier's checks, traveler's checks and savings bonds.
Answers customer's questions in person and/or on the telephone.
Records customer account transactions by logging cashier checks, traveler's checks, and other special services; preparing currency transaction reports.
Cross-sells bank products by answering inquiries; informing customers of new services and product promotions; ascertaining customer needs; directing customers to a branch representative.
Completes special customer requests by closing accounts; taking orders for checks; opening and closing Christmas and vacation clubs; exchanging foreign currencies; providing special statements, copies, and referrals; completing safe-deposit box procedures.
Reconciles cash drawer by proving cash transactions; counting and packaging currency and coins; reconciling loan coupons and other transactions; turning in excess cash and mutilated currency to Teller Group Leader; maintaining supply of cash and currency.
Complies with bank operations and security procedures by participating in all dual-control functions; maintaining customer traffic surveys; auditing other teller currency; assisting in certification of proof.
Maintains customer confidence and protects bank operations by keeping information confidential, cautioning others regarding potential breaches.
Improves teller job knowledge by attending training sessions.
Contributes to customer service and bank success by welcoming related, different, and new requests; helping others accomplish job results.
