**Job Title: Collections Manager** The Collections Manager is responsible for overseeing the collections process and staff to ensure timely recovery of outstanding accounts receivable. This role involves developing strategies to improve collection rates, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations. **Key Responsibilities:** + Lead and manage the collections team, including hiring, training, and performance management. + Develop and implement effective collection strategies and procedures. + Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and prioritize collection efforts. + Communicate with customers via phone, email, and written correspondence to resolve outstanding balances. + Collaborate with sales, customer service, and legal teams to resolve disputes and ensure timely payments. + Prepare and present regular reports on collection performance, delinquency trends, and cash flow forecasts. + Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA). + Recommend accounts for escalation, legal action, or write-off as necessary. + Continuously improve processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. + Salary $115,000 - $135,000 plus bonus **Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. + 5+ years of experience in collections or accounts receivable, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role. + Strong knowledge of collection laws and best practices. + Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. + Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel). + Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. + Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Experience in utilities/waste industries a plus + Familiarity with credit risk assessment and reporting tools. + Bilingual abilities (if applicable).

The Operator - Heavy Equipment is responsible for the safe operation of heavy equipment at a recycling facility, landfill or transfer station for the purpose of transferring, spreading, covering, loading and/or compacting waste or soil in an efficient and safe manner. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: + Perform pre- and post-operation inspection of the equipment in accordance with Company policy to ensure windows, lights, mirrors and rear view camera are clean. Safely and efficiently operate equipment that may include: forklift, excavator, bulldozer, front-end loader and other equipment using proper safety standards. + Continuously monitor waste for evidence of unacceptable waste in materials. + Continuously monitor the condition of the equipment to ensure it is operationally ready at all times to minimize down time; clean tracks or wheels on equipment, as needed. + Perform and document minor service on equipment, referring more complicated mechanical issues to Maintenance Shop for repair. + Complete Equipment Condition Report and other reports, as necessary; report any necessary repairs to supervisor, as needed. + Follow all required safety policies and procedures. + Ensure that shop is clean, serviced and stored at the completion of each shift. + Perform other job-related duties as assigned. The Technical Service Advisor will provide high-level technical waste disposal support to sales, operations, and customers. Supports the development of bid materials by working with sales managers. The incumbent works closely with customer service and operations staff in coordinating processes to ensure acceptance and disposal of waste. Works with multiple departments to determine proper, safe, and legal treatment of hazardous waste. Supports customers and builds a regular and direct rapport with customers; serving as a direct extension to the sales and customer service teams. The Driver Helper rides on the vehicle and assists a Driver in providing prompt, courteous and complete waste removal services for customers who reside on a designated residential route. The Driver Helper is responsible for safely loading waste, as well as carrying bags and containers to the vehicle for disposal. The position assists the Driver in maneuvering his or her vehicle by directing the Driver from the ground. In addition, the Helper helps to maintain the cleanliness of the vehicle, as well as the on the route and in the work area. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: * Ride on the vehicle to assist the Driver while servicing customers on a designated route. * Operate packing mechanism and various levers and handles to activate the lifting and loading mechanism * Clean waste from the packer blade and truck body on each disposal trip; spray and clean the hopper and truck, if applicable. * Perform complete pre- and post-operation inspection of the vehicle in accordance with Company policy; report any safety issues on standard reports. * Courteously interact with all customers, dispatchers and others on a daily basis to ensure all customer routes are serviced in a timely and professional manner. * Continuously monitor waste for evidence of unacceptable waste. * Clean area around an accidental waste spill, ensuring adherence to all applicable safety standards and policies. * Maintain adherence to required productivity standards for the department to ensure all customers are serviced in a timely and efficient manner. * Follow all required safety policies and procedures. * Perform other job-related duties as assigned. The Facility Technician will be responsible for completing all assigned warehouse duties in a safe and responsible manner.
