PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
Accountable for the in-field application of policies and procedure relating to applied Radiation Protection (RP) programs. Directly manages the Radiation Protection first line Supervisors and Radiation Protection Technician activities in their daily support of plant Operations and maintenance activities.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
Assist the Radiation Protection Program Manager in developing, reviewing an implementing department procedures and policies, and assuring that these documents meet all federal and company regulations.
Participate in Business Planning, Budget, and Business Performance review regarding RP and the site. Fulfill managerial responsibilities regarding assigned staff (e.g. Employment, Development, Compensation, Performance Evaluation, etc.). Ensure consistent and effective work force practices through assigned supervisors/functions.
Attend Peer meeting to assure that industry best practices and standards are being implemented effectively and uniformly across all sites.
Accountable for ensuring that department activities, priorities and resources ae being managed effectively to meet the needs of Operations and Maintenance. This includes planning and budgeting refuel outage support for the department.
Accountable for the performance improvement of the RP first line supervisor (FLS) and RP Technicians (RPT).
Fill in for Radiation Protection Senior Manager at meetings and responsible for department when Manager RP (RPM) is off-site.
Accountable for ensuring that department activities, priorities, and resources are being managed effectively.
Provide critical observations and feedback to site and departmental staffing to foster continuous improvement.

Primary Purpose of Position
Responsible with assisting execution of new Rotating Gas and Steam Turbine Equipment project teams within the Constellation Generation business unit and External Industry Third Parties which includes outage planning, oversight, consulting, technical services, and work execution. Primary Purpose of Position
Plans, coordinates, and manages activities associated with the development and implementation of Constellation's operations training programs at the Clean Energy Center (CEC).
Primary Duties and Accountabilities
Provides direction for and supervises the planning, analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of CEC training programs established to improve CEC and personnel performance in accordance with Constellation Department Descriptions, Policies, Procedures, and Process Descriptions. Program responsibilities include initial license training, reactor operator, senior reactor operator, non-licensed operators, shift manager, shift technical advisor, and simulator performance.
Manages post-training assessments to identify impact on personnel and CEC performance to identify training program areas needing improvement. Training improvements and corrective actions are systematically initiated, trended, analyzed and resolved.
Support CEC and fleet activities in the areas of business plan initiatives, project management, re-fuel outage support, emergency preparedness duties and special projects.
Anticipates long-range Security training needs and develops strategies and plans to meet those needs.
Assures that training facilities, equipment, materials, records, and personnel qualifications support training program goals.
Participates in Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), Institute of Nuclear Power Operations (INPO) and management audits or assessments and provides responses to audit findings.
Coordinates the assignment of training activities between CEC management, outside agencies, contractors, and the training department.

Key Responsibilities:
Airport & Security Operations Leadership
Lead and supervise aviation security teams to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operations

Required Qualifications:

Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
Ability to lead teams in a 24/7 airport schedule environment

American Water is currently seeking a Sr. Superintendent, Field Operations to join our Scranton PA office location. As Superintendent you will direct the day-to-day management, development, and water/wastewater operations.
Primary Role
Responsible for directing the day-to-day management, development and operation of the production/ treatment or the distribution and metering of water and/or wastewater operations for the Company.
Key Accountabilities
Prepare and control local construction, operations, and maintenance within established budget limitations (10%)

Primary Role

Key Accountabilities
Distribution/Outside Commercial: administration, inventory control, supplier relations and contract integrity.
Assists in planning and construction of extensions and improvements to the distribution system.
Provides for meters and meter readings including installation, removal and repair, periodic testing and reading schedules.
Programs and directs the efficient and reliable operation, maintenance, protection and appearance of all water supply facilities, impoundments, watersheds, pumping, treatment, booster and storage facilities and properties.
Assists in planning and construction of new production facilities.

Scope of Job: This key management role has responsibility for oversight, leadership, and management of the OCC team. The individual will report to the Operational Technologies Director and will ensure compliance with business processes and contribute to performance improvements within the OCC that align with department and corporate strategy. Primary role is to manage the real-time remote operations contracted for renewable sites under the OCC's monitoring and control scope of services.
