Cort Sabina is a V.P., Chief Financial Officer at Waste Pro USA and is based in Crown Point, Indiana. She has worked as Division Controller at Allied Waste, Controller at Florida Recycling Service Inc, and Audit Manager at Central States Funds. Cort attended Ball State University between 1982 and 1986.

As a Graduate of Indiana University with a B.S. in Business Administration, Keith Banasiak has more than 30 years of management experience in the waste industry. In 1987, he started in the non-ferrous scrap processing and reclamation industry. Primarily responsible for processing operations, he managed fleet operations, disposal of residual special waste and the facility environmental requirements of state and local governments.

In 2001, he relocated to Ft. Myers as Regional Manager for a private solid waste and disposal hauling company. He was responsible for managing two facilities that covered four counties in South Florida. These municipal contracts consisted of 85,000 residential units and 7500 commercial accounts.

As Regional Vice President of Waste Pro’s West Coast Region, Banasiak has led one of the company’s largest regions with more than 275,000 residential customers and more than 10,000 commercial customers across Florida’s West Coast from Levy County to Collier County.

In 2019, Banasiak was promoted to Senior Vice President.

In addition to his Waste Pro duties, Banasiak is an active community volunteer and currently serves as the Chairman Emeritus of both Keep Lee County Beautiful and Keep Manatee Beautiful. He also serves as Finance Chairman for the Community Cooperative and a board member for The Foundation for Lee County Public Schools.

Don Phillips is a Chief Financial Officer at Waste Pro USA. He works or has worked as Director:Business Development at Vestal & Wiler CPA's.

Ron Pecora is a Chief Marketing Officer at Waste Pro USA. He works or has worked as Senior VP:Marketing at Waste Pro USA and CHAIRMAN at Central Florida community. Ron studied at University of Florida.

Originally from Kentucky, Sharon obtained her BS in Accounting and MBA from Western Kentucky University. Sharon has 40 years of diversified accounting experience, including public, private and governmental in the areas of general accounting, cost accounting, payroll and budgeting and has held key roles in system implementations, upgrades and process improvements. Sharon joined Waste Pro in 2007 as a Staff Accountant and Director of Corporate Accounting prior to being promoted to the role of Chief Accounting Officer. Prior joining Waste Pro, Sharon held positons in Kentucky with Sorensen Industries (Gulf & Western Company), James R Meany an Associates CPA firm, Western Kentucky University and American Automobile Association (AAA) where she served as Accounts Payable manager and Business Systems Analyst for the Accounting Systems. Sharon and her husband Ken reside in Central Florida.
