Marty Bryant began his tenure as Wastequip’s CEO in 2012. His career spans all facets of industrial and automotive manufacturing, from design and development to executive management and successful distressed business turnarounds. Prior to joining Wastequip, Marty’s held positions including Senior Advisor at Centerbridge Partners, President of Light Vehicle Products at Dana Corporation, Vice President of Operations at Webasto Roof Systems and Engineering Manager at Toyota. During his tenure at Dana Corporation, Bryant was promoted to President for all of Dana’s Light Vehicle Products. In that role, Bryant managed a $5 billion operation and successfully merged four previously separate divisions - 15,000 employees at 82 locations in 23 countries. Marty is a veteran of Desert Storm and holds a Bachelor’s of University Studies from Morehead State University.

Mike Marchetti joined Wastequip as Chief Information Officer (CIO) in 2018, bringing more than 20 years of IT experience and leadership expertise to his role. Prior to joining Wastequip, Mike served as Vice President of Truck Hero, Inc., providing best practices and innovative solutions for the leading manufacturer of accessories for pickup trucks. The company’s brands include Extang, TruXedo, BedRug, UnderCover, Advantage, Retrax, BAK Industries, Rugged Liners, Husky Liners, A.R.E., N-FAB, Superlift, and Omix-ADA. Previously, he spent six years as Chief Information Officer and Vice President at Calumet Specialty Products Partners, L.P., where he managed and planned IT integration for 11 mergers worth over $3 billion in revenue. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Technology from Purdue University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in accounting from Indiana Wesleyan University.

Steven Klueg joined Wastequip as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in 2016, bringing more than 25 years of financial leadership expertise, with an emphasis on manufacturing organizations. He previously served as CFO for two corporations, The Affinia Group and ReCommunity Recycling, where his responsibilities included financial strategy and planning, financial reporting, investor relations, auditing, forecasting, pricing initiatives and business development to increase profitability and strengthen accountability. During that time, he also played a key role in conducting corporate development initiatives for acquisitions and divestitures. Prior to his time as a CFO, Steve served as a treasurer at World Fuel Services Corporation and assistant treasurer at Ingersoll Rand and SPX Corporation. Prior to that, he held various positions in accounting, corporate development and financial planning and analysis. Steve, who is a certified public accountant and certified managerial accountant, holds an MBA from Ohio State University and a bachelors from Ohio University.
