Position Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Utility Operator to join our team and deliver real solutions that improve our environment and have a positive impact on people's health.
The Utility Operator is responsible for performing remediation activities at Revive's operations facility. The Utility Operator works with special specialized equipment, with specialized training to achieve site operations productivity, site safety, and regulatory compliance objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute assigned activities following prescribed standard operating procedures and applied quality controls.
Achieve site remediation productivity and OSHA safety objectives.
Train and demonstrate proficiency to standard operating procedures, job duties, reporting and documentation requirements, following established safety protocols.
Apply and achieve quality assurance and quality controls over all aspects of site operations.
Support site visits by management, customers, regulators, and other interested parties.
Ensure site facilities and equipment are adequate and maintained for products and services active at assigned site(s).
Transfer chemicals utilizing transfer pumps between containers.
Receive, ship, stage, and transport materials on pallets and in containers using a fork truck.
Monitor, run and help with troubleshooting the PFAS Annihilators
Perform housekeeping duties to meet 5S standards
Qualifications:
High School degree and 2 years of experience production experience or experience in a related field.
Demonstrated experience in critical assessment and decision making in a production or field operations environment.
Demonstrated experience in performing within the constraint of quality, cost, and scheduled delivery.
Proven ability to collaborate with and follow team leaders in the ongoing achievement of operational objectives.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Must be a U.S. Person, as defined by U.S. export control laws.

+ Adheres to safe work practices, policies, and procedures. Follows Good Manufacturing Practices, maintains sanitary conditions and ensures that product quality is maintained. + Operates, cleans, assists in preventive maintenance (PM) in accordance with PM schedule, troubleshoots filler machines and other equipment when needed.
+ Follows all SSOP's and SOP's for Production/Sanitation.
+ Proactively plans and leads changeover activities for fillers and date coding, making sure the appropriate Supervisor is aware of the resources (mechanics, materials), and communications needed, escalating issues when problems arise.
+ Ensures line is operating at maximum efficiency and we are managing the equipment to minimize packaging and product losses.
+ Ensures that daily production goals (KPI's) are met for the Filler area.
+ Maintains active communication with Pasteurizer operators and Packaging department to ensure an efficient operation.
+ Actively engages in continuous improvement efforts.
+ Conduct and record all quality checks and record downtime events in a timely fashion utilizing Redzone.
+ Demonstrate proper handling and usage of cleaning agents while wearing the required PPE.
+ Operate motorized material handling equipment.
+ Alerts the Supervisor when major mechanical problems occur, and reports any system abnormalities to reduce the risk of, and damage to, the system or product.
+ Resupply chemical drums and jugs as needed to maintain proper sanitation.
+ Manage inventory consumptions or creation in inventory management system.
+ Test and monitor chemical titrations to ensure in spec for proper cleaning.

Summary of Responsibilities
Operate and control water treatment plant machines and equipment to process an adequate supply of safe potable water to Del-Co Water customers.
Essential Duties
Operators are required to complete duties to a degree of proficiency in-line with their licensure level.
Regularly monitor panel board and adjust controls to regulate flow rates, loss of head pressure and water elevation, and distribution of water.
Correctly adjust specified amounts of chemicals such as chlorine, fluoride, and lime into water or adjust automatic devices that admit specified amount of chemicals into tanks to disinfect, deodorize, and clarify water.
Start agitators to mix chemicals and allow impurities to settle to bottom of tank.
Monitor Distribution system and adjust flow rates to adequately maintain system operation.
Clean tanks and filter beds using backwashing (reverse flow of water) at scheduled intervals.
Start and stop chemical feed equipment as required.
Regulate valves and flow dials to maintain filter and pumpage rates.
Increase/decrease chemical feeding rates as required.
Adjust pumps and chemical feeding equipment as required.
Perform basic chemical tests: alkalinity, pH, chlorine, hardness, turbidity, and fluoride.
Accurately test water samples and follow standard titration procedures and record results in logs.
Perform routine maintenance in plant using hand and power tools.
Accept after-hour inquiries and facilitate a response by calling in necessary staff.
Manage water quality in the distribution system by maintaining effective trending of tanks.
Ability and knowledge to understand, troubleshoot, and resolve, a wide variety of water quality inquiries.

Minimum Qualifications
Any combination of training and work experience which indicates possession of the skills, knowledge, and abilities to perform the job duties successfully.

Licensure:

This can be a can or box label with a misprint, a lid that isn't on properly, a cardboard case with a loose flap, or any number of other things. You will also periodically pull cans to weigh them and make sure the filling equipment is working to our weight parameters. You will also do changeovers between various paints, make sure the cardboard machine stays full of cases for packing, and assist anyone else as needed.
Here's what we're looking for from you:
Excellent attendance. We can't stress this enough. Operators are the most vital part of this operation.
A commitment to safety. We are very proud of our safety record and want you to be a part of that. You will be required to wear proper safety equipment, including steel toed shoes at all times.

**Principal Accountabilities:**
+ Performing facility operations such as receiving and shipping products, which may include fertilizer, chemicals, seed, and grain
+ Basic maintenance and operator care of equipment to ensure ongoing facility operations
+ Providing excellent customer service and engaging with team members
+ Understanding and adhering to all safety rules and regulations

**Basic Requirements:**
+ Must be eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship
+ Must be 18 years or older.

**Responsibilities**
**_This is an internal only posting for Batching / Processing Break Relief on Shift C_**
+ Adheres to safe work practices, policies, and procedures. Follows GMP's, maintains sanitary conditions and ensures that product quality is maintained. Reports any conditions or practices that may adversely affect employee safety or food safety/quality to management immediately.
+ Operates equipment to maintain regulatory standards and compliance at all times.
+ Operates, cleans, assists in preventive maintenance (PM) in accordance with PM schedule, troubleshoots processing machines and other equipment when needed.
+ Controls and operates technical computerized equipment that pasteurizes a liquid milk-based product including UHT Pasteurizers, Product Chillers, and Homogenizers.
+ Control set points for various products; understand relationships between temperature, time, and flow and how it effects processing.
+ Maintains and communicates inventory levels of raw and pasteurized product with team to ensure minimal downtime.
+ Conduct and record all quality checks and record downtime events in a timely fashion utilizing Redzone.
+ Creates and/or maintains the required reports, logs, records, data, and charts as it relates to processing
+ Alerts the Supervisor when major mechanical problems and process deviations occur and reports any system abnormalities to reduce the risk of, and damage to, the system or product.
+ Proactively coordinates with other Machine Operators the status of the CIP system, to ensure the correct hook up and start time of the production line.
+ Cleans pasteurizer and pumps, and coordinates hook ups on all CIP lines and tanks.
+ Actively engages in continuous improvement efforts.
+ Test and monitor chemical titrations to ensure in spec for proper cleaning.
+ Resupply chemical drums as needed to maintain proper sanitation.
+ Team player who aligns and upholds our values: Teamwork, Accountability, Innovation and Continuous Improvement and passion for customer and consumers.
+ Attends and actively participates in safety meetings and trainings.
+ Train new hires as required.

**Qualifications**
**EDUCATION:**
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent.
**EXPERIENCE** :
At least 2 years experience in Manufacturing, operating complex computerized machinery
**PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:**
+ 2 years of experience operating VTIS, HTST, UHT, pasteurization equipment
+ Ability to read, write, and comprehend shift change instructions, short correspondence, emails, and memos.
+ Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to communicate effectively with other employees.
+ Ability to calculate general mathematics, using units of weight measurement and volume.
+ Ability to solve problems involving several variables in standardized situations.
+ General knowledge of chemicals
+ Intermediate level computer skills, necessary to operate equipment controls.
+ Ability to plan activities and work independently.
+ Maintain a positive and engaging attitude towards colleagues at work.
+ Mechanical aptitude.

Train teammates and step in for the Line Lead as needed
Requirements from you:
A High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
Ideally 2+ years of manufacturing or production experience
Comfort around SOPs, Work Instructions, and following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
Strong communication
Familiarity with SAP and HMI systems? Even better!
Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
Able to stand for extended periods and work around active machinery
Willingness to wear PPE (hairnets, safety glasses, close-toe shoes)
