THE OPPORTUNITY:
Reporting to the Drill Supervisor the Drill Water Cart Operator is responsible operating equipment as directed in a safe, effective, and efficient manner to meet operational requirements of the Drill & Blast Teams.
This is a permanent position, with an 8/6 (day shift), 7/7 (night shift) roster based at our Pilgangoora Operation.
Supporting the Drill Supervisor, the role requires safe and timely achievement of targeted outcomes by:

Operate Ancillary equipment within the shift to ensure optimum productivity in a safe and efficient manner.

Complete Take-5's before starting each task or midway through a task if conditions change.
Perform all tasks in a professional and diligent manner and always treat others with dignity, respect and fairness.
Maintain good working relationships with superiors, peers and all internal as well as external clients, such as contractors, suppliers and service providers.
Report all observed safety incidents and hazards.
Drive and operate water carts equipped with water tanks and spraying systems to provide water for dust suppression around drilling rigs and other designated areas of the mine site.
Conduct routine maintenance checks on water carts to ensure they are in good working condition. Report any faults, defects, or maintenance requirements promptly.
Maintain clear and effective communication with drilling rig operators, supervisors, and other team members to coordinate water cart operations efficiently and address any issues or concerns as they arise.
Undergo training to provide support for drilling operations.
Assist Blast crew when required with on bench activities, Blast hole QA/QC, Blast guard duties.
ABOUT YOU:
2 years' operating experience with drilling and blasting equipment in a large open pit mining operation.

Water Treatment Plant Operator I: Under direct oversight from a Water Treatment Plant Operator II, III, IV performs a variety of skilled work in the operation and maintenance of the City's water or wastewater treatment plant equipment and processes.
Water Treatment Plant Operator II: Performs intermediate-level operational tasks involved in the operation and maintenance of the City's water and wastewater treatment plant equipment and processes.
Applicants that do not meet all the minimum requirements for the Water Treatment Plant Operator II position may be considered for an underfill as a Water Treatment Plant Operator I, depending on applicant qualifications. If the position is underfilled, the salary offered would be commensurate with the lower level classification. Opportunity Summary
The Water Treatment Operator plays a critical role in ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the Long Ridge Energy Generation Facility by maintaining water and steam chemistry within strict regulatory and OEM standards. This position supports high-efficiency combined cycle operations by operating and maintaining advanced water treatment equipment, optimizing chemistry for key systems including the HRSG and hydrogen-cooled generator. The technician also enhances plant performance through equipment troubleshooting, environmental compliance monitoring, and training support for operations personnel.
Your scope of responsibility as Water Treatment Technician includes the following primary functions:
Responsible for maintaining the safe and reliable operating condition of all equipment in the water treatment system.
Work with the EHS Manager and O&M Manager to ensure plant operations comply with all regulatory limits.
Perform routine water chemistry analyses and make necessary adjustments to ensure water quality standards are maintained as required by the facility OEMs.
Monitor the plant's water chemistry program and environmental effluents, making adjustments to improve efficiencies.
Ensure water quality parameters are optimized to protect turbine components, condenser tubes, and HRSG pressure parts from scaling and corrosion.
Monitor and maintain chemistry critical to the operation of the hydrogen-cooled generator, ensuring safe and efficient cooling performance.
Provide technical support for maintaining compliance with OEM specifications and industry best practices related to high-efficiency combined-cycle operations.
Monitor and sample water to ensure compliance with the facility's water discharge permit.
Operate reverse osmosis (RO) systems, gravity sand filters, clarifiers, thickeners, filter presses, multi-media filters, and EDI units to meet the water demand of the power block.
Perform laboratory testing of water using various instruments.
Set up, troubleshoot, and repair liquid pumps, valves, air pumps, analyzers, and other water treatment system equipment.

Refresh is seeking enthusiastic, detail-oriented and self-motivated individuals to join our operations. Our Flooring Technicians perform a multitude of flooring cleaning and repair services throughout the area as well as water restoration and extraction services.
This is a part time position but can quickly switch to a full time role. Pay is $16 to $22 per hour PLUS Commission potential!
Your workday will start at our shop in Cleveland, where you pick up the van. Day to day work would be performed using company equipment and vehicles on multiple different job sites in the Cleveland and Akron areas. All of our equipment, including our truck mounts are in good condition for you seasoned techs out there. Refresh focuses on the apartment make ready space with carpet cleaning, stain removal, repairs and more.
It is a requirement to have a clean driving record and a valid driver's license for this position.

Summary:
The Lead Water Mitigation Technician is responsible for overseeing and executing water damage restoration projects, including water extraction, structural drying, and dehumidification. This role requires a deep understanding of water damage restoration techniques, leadership skills to supervise and mentor technicians, and the ability to work closely with project managers, clients, and insurance adjusters. The Lead Technician ensures that all projects are completed efficiently, in compliance with industry standards, and with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Oversee jobsite performance and manage all aspects of mitigation services, including water, mold, fire, and storm-related restoration tasks.
Coordinate and execute production processes according to schedule, ensuring high standards of quality control and safety are maintained.
Delegate tasks effectively and ensure technicians understand their responsibilities, promoting efficient and organized work on-site.
Conduct regular quality checks and provide feedback to ensure all work meets company standards and exceeds client expectations.
Perform hands-on mitigation tasks such as water extraction, equipment setup and removal, drying, demolition, contaminated material removal (e.g., flooring, drywall, cabinetry), cleaning, deodorization, and decontamination.
Plan and manage on-site resource allocation, including labor, materials, and equipment, in coordination with project managers and office staff.
Maintain accurate and detailed job documentation, including dry logs, moisture maps, contracts, and final reports, using job management software.
Ensure timely communication and documentation flow between the job site, office staff, project managers, and clients.
Conduct final project inspections to confirm all services are completed to specification and quality expectations.
Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, communicating clearly regarding project scope, progress, expectations, and updates.
Provide field training, mentorship, and performance evaluations for technicians, promoting professional development and adherence to company policies, PPE standards, and dress code.
Identify training gaps and work with leadership to support ongoing team development.
Participate in all required safety, technical, and compliance training.
Maintain company vehicles and equipment in a clean, safe, and organized condition; drive safely and legally to job sites.
Secure and inventory customer property during packing, transport, and storage to prevent damage and ensure accountability.
Support the team and company with additional duties as assigned by the Superintendent or Manager.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for monitoring, maintaining and troubleshooting the Tailings and Water Monitoring Systems which includes, but is not limited to, piezometers, prisms, slope inclinometers, transducers, flow meters and radar scanning equipment.

Safety & Compliance: Demonstrate Capstone Copper Values and adhere to all MSHA requirements and Pinto Valley policies. Maintain required certifications and consistently apply safe work practices during field and monitoring activities.
Field Verification & Access Management: Verify locations of all tailings and water monitoring system instrumentation and update mapping in AutoCAD as new equipment is added. Review access routes to monitoring points and coordinate with site personnel to restore or construct safe and reliable access.
Instrumentation Protection & Maintenance: Develop and implement protection plans for piezometers, inclinometers, prisms, and other monitoring devices. Perform daily and weekly system health checks, troubleshoot offline or malfunctioning equipment, and maintain KPI reporting on monitoring system performance.
Real-Time Monitoring & Alerts: Monitor real-time systems to identify variances or threshold exceedances. Promptly notify the Engineer of Record (EoR) and site engineers of system alerts and support follow-up actions.
Installation & Data Collection: Coordinate with contractors on installation of new and replacement field instrumentation. Collect monitoring data-piezometers, inclinometers, prisms, and related measurements-for environmental reporting, EoR reviews, and engineering analyses.
Technology Evaluation & Program Support: Assess the effectiveness of existing monitoring systems and research emerging technologies such as Sensemetrics, InSAR, and radar scanning. Assist site engineers in developing training materials and documentation to support the monitoring program.
Operational Support: Provide field support for tailings and water operations, including sand sampling and KPI data collection such as freeboard, beach width, and seepage measurements. Perform additional duties as needed to support TSF monitoring and operational reliability.
Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and initiative.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma or equivalency.
Minimum 1 year of experience in tailings or water operations/maintenance.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Ability to work effectively with diverse teams, including internal staff, contractors, instrumentation providers, and engineering consultants.
Strong communication skills.
SAP experience for notification entry and follow-up.
Basic surveying techniques.
Exposure to electronic system troubleshooting (e.g., battery systems, solar panels, cables).
Understanding of operational areas including Mine, Mill, SXEW, and Tailings & Water Reclamation Facilities.
Combination of office and some mine site work with exposure to dust, loud noise, temperature extremes, wet conditions and uneven terrain.
Some off-site work may be required, including interactions with vendors and contractors.
