A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A GROUNDS TECHNICIANAs a grounds technician, you are responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of the community. You perform detailed maintenance of exterior lighting, snow removal, pond maintenance and seasonal cleanup, lawn mowing/maintenance, trash removal, and exterior painting as required. You take pride in performing and scheduling preventative maintenance and care about the integrity of all equipment.
