You will play a crucial role in performing industrial and environmental cleaning by operating specialized equipment such as vac trucks, jetters, 20k blasters, pressure washers, etc. in order to clean tanks, process pipelines, lagoons, sediment ponds, perform confined space entry, fill, swap and service RNG/BIOGAS media beds, tanks and vessels and various other industrial and environmental cleaning duties that our clients require. Your responsibilities will include: Operating water jetting & blasting equipment to clean industrial infrastructure, various equipment and facility components. Using Vac Truck in order to clean vessels, pits, tanks, ponds, lagoons and other various industrial & environmental facilities and their infrastructure, site cleanup, debris and sludge removal. Perform Confined Space Entry in order to perform Tank Cleaning. Use of hand tools. Maintaining and cleaning equipment to ensure proper functionality and longevity. Adhering to strict safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves, masks, safety goggles, and gas meters. Inspecting surfaces and equipment before and after cleaning to ensure quality standards are met. Reporting maintenance needs or equipment damage to supervisors promptly. Collaborating with maintenance teams to coordinate cleaning and blasting activities efficiently. Assisting in training new employees on company procedures as needed. Requirements General Qualifications & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Experience with environmental & industrial cleaning is a plus but not required training provided! Understanding of safety procedures and regulations. Physical stamina and dexterity to handle demanding tasks. Basic mechanical skills and troubleshooting ability are a plus. Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with colleagues and supervisors. Physical Requirements: Work is performed in outdoor industrial environments, which may include exposure to dust, noise, and chemicals. Regular use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required. Ability to work various shifts and weekends as needed. Overnight travel required up to 50% of the time. Ability to work 8-12 hour shifts, more if required on occasion.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES * Irrigation- Maintain start- up/ shutdown for all irrigation systems for the calendar year, perform electronic controller checks/ regulate cycle times as weather permits, and repair all irrigation system leaks/ breaks/ and damage. Provide layout/ design/ and budget requests for new installation projects to be reviewed by Manager and coordinate rentals with Vendors/ Lead Technician/ Manager for equipment necessities for all projects. Request additional assistance for all projects requiring additional workloads. Monitor all aspects of irrigation system components at all sites to ensure a safe environment for pedestrians as well as addressing all safety concerns for further inspection and repair. * Groundskeeping- Under general supervision, plant, trim, spray, mow, weed, fertilize, sweep, rake, cultivate, dig, water, and shovel materials. Remove snow and ice as well as apply ice melt products. Remove all trash and debris and other related tasks. Perform preventative maintenance and repair on grounds equipment and structures such as garages, drains, and irrigation system. * Landscaping- Regularly review CCHMC landscaping for problem areas and make the necessary recommendations and suggestions to improve plant life at our properties. Exhibit proper pruning techniques of trees, shrubs, annuals, and perennials in order to maintain appropriate plant health and aesthetics. Maintain currency in the Horticulture field through continuing education, literature, and seminars. Remain up to date with the use of chemicals and fertilizers used in the landscape industry as well as participate in obtaining Pesticide Applicators License if necessary. Maintain CCHMC grounds as to provide a safe, clean, and healing environment for patients, families, and employees. You will provide quality assurance support aligned to increase internal and outgoing quality levels, supporting overall customer satisfaction of our products. Key job responsibilities Performs basic and routine receiving, in-process, and final product inspections and testing. Determines and uses appropriate measuring tools and equipment to verify dimensional and functional requirements. Participates in problem solving activities for both product and manufacturing processes. Performs basic process and product monitoring for quality. Performs containment activities preventing potential or additional quality defects Assists with product reviews and analysis to determine root cause and/or disposition; supports processing non-conformances (NC) to closure. Performs FAI as directed, and reports results. Effectively communicates with appropriate areas as needed (supply, manufacturing, engineering, quality, customer service, production planning, logistics, etc.). Provides process audit support in designated areas. Assists in basic calibration of inspection, test, and measurement equipment. Observes all applicable safety rules and reporting any unsafe conditions or potential safety hazards. Responsible for managing the ESN label database, including creating and revising labels for accuracy. Performs other related duties as assigned. Qualifications and Experience High school diploma or G.E.D. Bachelors in technical field preferred. Ideally 1+ years experience working in quality preferred. Ideally 1+ years experience using measurement tools and techniques preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude. Ability to use common measuring equipment (e.g., Calipers, micrometer, paint mil gauges, go / no-go gages, etc.). Ability to understand and use work instructions and procedures, and complete forms. Good written and verbal communication skills. Skills to quickly learn and operate a wide variety of test and measurement equipment. Skills in attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to apply basic math and geometry. Skill in using personal computers including Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). Ability to operate hand tools. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand and walk frequently. Experience with Quality Management Systems preferred.
