Role Specific Responsibilities

Load, unload, move and store donated and purchased items, operating forklift and other WSM equipment as needed.
Interact with donors, vendors, staff, volunteers and guests in a friendly, positive and professional manner.
Monitor condition, organization and flow of warehouse and inventory; communicate problems to be solved and possible solutions to Distribution Logistics Director; work according to his/her direction to create and implement solutions.

Essential Functions:

· Practice inventory control through management of IMS and use of barcoding system to maximize efficiency and accuracy of user in a real time forum
· Work with Vice President of Logistics and Operations to collect and analyze requisition and purchase data within Sales Force
Education and Experience: This is a cross-functional role: the optimal candidate will either already have a high degree of knowledge, respect and relationship across WSM, or will have strong experience coordinating supply and logistics in a food pantry/food storage setting across another multi-departmental organization of similar or greater size.
Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred
