A Day in the Life
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
* Lead QMS integration activities per Medtronic requirements.
* Lead Product Qualification activities ensuring suppliers are capable of delivering quality products, materials, and services.
* Define component qualification strategy (PPAP), partner with suppliers to develop qualification plan, report performance, and demonstrate release readiness. Author or review key component engineering lifecycle deliverables throughout product development, as defined by procedures. Define control plans to ensure appropriate acceptance activities.
* Provides technical guidance and quality compliance for Supplier Quality engagement throughout the Product lifecycle.
* Provide routine communication and updates to leadership regarding supplier activities and performance.
* Lead and develop the Product Acceptance Strategy for incoming inspection and associated test method validation for all internal Medtronic Test Methods.
* Supports and prioritizes an auditing schedule to ensure that designated suppliers are audited on a regular basis to ensure good manufacturing practices (GMP) and quality standards are met.
* Evaluates suppliers' internal functions to assess their overall performance and provides feedback in assessment of their operation.
* Evaluates and acts as a lead in processing and approving supplier change requests.
* Travel requirement: less than 25%

DOWL is seeking an enthusiastic Water Resources Engineer to join our Water Supply and Wastewater group. DOWL's team of Water Resource Engineers provides a wide range of services including water supply development, design of water distribution systems, storage tanks, pump stations, sanitary sewer collection systems and lift stations, and water and wastewater treatment systems Our projects and clients span the western United States from Alaska to Arizona and from Montana to Washington. + Provide client management including active marketing, frequent client communication, client visits, and pursuit of new clients and projects.
